I only weigh myself twice a week now - more than that was driving me nuts! I'd weigh myself Monday morning, and then be that same weight all the way until Friday or Saturday, where I'd finally see a loss.

I was still at 192 on Monday but hopped on the scale this morning - 189! I don't think I lost 3 pounds in 3 days, I think it just took me a bit longer to lose that weight from last week. My official weigh-in day is Monday so I won't count it until I see it in 4 days... but still, 189! I'm so excited!! I haven't seen the 180s in YEARS!

My scale has been stuck on 174 for the last week or so... I need it to budge, but on the lower side!

I was down to 189 on Thursday and I :shock:'d to see 186 this morning! I was SO bad this weekend - I had a whole bunch of pizza yesterday and didn't exercise. lol I'm officially halfway done - 46 lbs. lost, 46 lbs. to go!

LOL- Why is it that the days we think the scale is going to go up b/c we were so bad that it goes the opposite way? It strengthens my theory that junk food is the "real" diet food and good food makes us gain! :D I had 3 cookies and a brownie the day before my scale went down 2 lbs! Went up a pound this morning, but that's okay. I kinda bounce around between 2 lbs for a while, then I bounce between 2 lbs lighter for a while, and so on.... My range is now 172-174...YAY!! Keep up the good work, ladies!!

I have not posted here in a while but in Feb I weighed 155 lbs and I
weighed myself last night and I weighed 136. I want to get down to 120.

Its looks likes everyone else is on there way down as well.

Hey ladies, I need your encouragement. Lately I just feel like throwing in the towel. I am tired of obsessing about everything I eat and I just don't feel like sitting through another WW meeting......what do I do now??

Maybe I need to get on my bike and ride. I'll bet some exercise will make me feel better.....what do you think?

Hey Ladies ~ Sorry, i've been so neglectful. I'm mostly over on the buddy group part of this site and I forgot about this thread! Yikes! So, in all, I've lost 7 pounds in the lat 5 or 6 weeks. I was 168 when I weighed myself on Thursday.

I can't do personals now, but I will do them tonight or tomorrow!

Hi everyone :)

I was hoing to join this group! My name is Kysha, and the last time I weighed, I was 144lbs... I am trying to get back down to at least 120lbs... I am 5'3", and for most of my life I was 115 (I am very small framed, so it was a good weight for me), then I got on Depo, and gained 40lbs in about one year :shock: I ended up losing down to 138 when I was PG last time, b/c I had horrible nausea/vomiting (on the verge of Hyperemesis Gravidarum), then gained back up to 165 before she was born. I have since lost down to 142, then back to 144, and went on a short vacation this past week, and DEMOLISHED my good eating efforts... I am terrified to get on the scale tomorrow (Sunday is my WI day).

I haven't been on a specific "diet", just been eating more fruits/vegs and cutting out sugars (switched to diet soda, which I am trying to get off of now that I am TTC... and water is bleh to me, so I am doing my best to drink it). Been thinking about the Special K diet, but it doesn't seem to healthy to me...

Anyway, hope you guys don't mind me joining :D

Hey all!

Well, I utterly fell off the wagon the last couple of weeks - it's been exams, so I've been entirely too stressed out, plus never managed to pick up my metformin, so I've been off that too - I'm bound to have put on a shed-load of weight, so I'm really nervous to weigh myself tomorrow and start again... Anyone got any courage they could lend me?
