Thanks for starting the new thread, WW online is going good, it is fun because you can still eat what you want but you only have so many points and its almost like a game so its fun for me to eat healthy. Will see how long I think its fun for though, haha. I am having a hard time with the eating this weekend though, AF started friday she is wicked this month again. I really really hope that after this AF my cycles are back to normal because I really wanna get pg again. We offically start trying again this cycle so I am excited!!!

How is the weekend going for everyone else???

Hi everyone how are you all... The weekend is going great AF is here this weekend for me and its been darn hard to try not eat bad food but I didn't stray but I did kept myself busy so I wouldn't have time too I went to the cinema yesterday and only got a bottle of water no popcorn or candy go me lol... Me and hubby went to my Sil today she lives about 2 and a half hours away she having a baby in december and ordered some furniture up here in dublin so we dropped it down to her today so that kept me busy too we also went to look at houses we plan to move out of dublin next year anyway sorry for that long message back to the diet :wink: I just the hope the rest of the week works out for me I wont be as busy so I hope I don't stray :D

Sorry to hear that AF is here for your weekend...Always a challenge not to eat for comfort during her visit!
I worked out alot today...I don't know why, I guess I'm just so close to being in the 150's, I am super motivated...Everybody else staying active?
Also this weekend, a friend taught me how to scrapbook...It is a great time, and so special to create some memories like that...

I am going in for an U/S tomorrow to see if I am at all close to ovulating...Tomorrow will be CD16, so this is about right. Hope I get my surge on my OPK tomorrow, then IUI Tuesday...Cross your fingers for me...This is the first cycle off meds, so I don't really know what to expect. I feel great though...Whoa those fert drugs make you feel like $&!#...Bye for now, and hope everyone is doing great!

I was exhausted yesterday...My muscles were sore from the two workouts on Sunday, so I did nothing! I took the day off. So now I am headed to the gym for a good workout! I am so motivated today...

You guys doing ok? Hope so...

Great Job Blueskye! Wow 2 workouts! I took the day off from working out yesterday too....It felt so great! I've got a family get together in a couple weeks and I'm so excited to be going to it feeling so much more fit! Hope everyone had a great weekend......Look out Friday....here we come!!!

I have not weighed myself just been eating less . not eating till stuffed anymore. and my belly has gone down!. we went shopping on saturday and I fit into a size 10! . not bad?. :D

Lisa-I think that's the key is to just be OK with not stuffing ourselves...I noticed it is empowering to push away the plate when there is still food on it. I don't know I guess it's like a conquering feeling. Like food is not gonna control me.

Hope everyone is healthy today!!! Come on Let's Motivate each other!!! Where is everyone? I haven't rec'd notification of new posts so maybe that's happening to these other girls...I want to keep our group strong, so check in often even to just say hi!

Hey Ladies,

Well I was away for a couple days with DH so that made it hard to eat healthy those couple days and I cant say I did very well since I also had AF too. I am very happy that I think I am finally having a normal AF since my D&C in July. I am really hoping I will get back to normal now because I really wanna get pg again.
So I am back on track and I am excited for the wiegh in tomorrow, I will be doing a good work out today to prepare :D

Blueskye, wow 2 work outs? that is awesome!! I know what you mean about pushing food away, it feels very good. My weakness is the snacks and chocolate!! DId you end up doing the IUI on tuesday?? How did it go???

Lisa, wow size 10 is really good, I would love to fit in my size 10 cloths again, hopefully that is coming soon.

bb2, Dont you love showing up to family things and just feeling so awesome!! I love that too!

Does anyone else find it hard to work out really hard during the 2ww for fear of thinking we will affect if the egg implants or not??? I knows its kind of irrational to think that way but it still crosses my mind.

Hi all Everything was going great I've done my exercise everyday this week and was eating very healthy until yesterday me and my sister were making halloween candy bags for the trick or treaters and I ate a bit of candy :shock: It made me feel a little ill afterwards as I've been off it so long now but It shouldn't affect me too much for the weigh in tomorrow..... When I started my diet 6 weeks ago I measured my hips so tomorrow Im going to see how many inches I've lost :D Good luck everyone for tomorrow......

Well I lost another 1lb. this week :) and I measured my hips I lost 3 inches since I started my diet :D I knew I lost an inch or two but was so happy when it was 3 I now fit back into all my old clothes :jump: I was afraid to try them on before today....... Well I now want to loose another 7 lbs before the 10th of November so I have 5 weeks to do that... My whole family are going out for a meal for my sisters 18th birthday I want to get a nice dress and Im going to leave buying it till the week before and then a week and a half later Im going to florida the day before thanksgiving for 2 weeks...... I hope to be at my target weight by christmas.......

Hi girls....sign me up for another lb this week! Next week I'll be out of my 130's! Yay! Next weekend I'll need to bring alot of healthy snacks...we'll be driving to Seattle to pick up my nephews and niece, then driving to Metaline Falls (North Eastern Washington) to take a train ride up through the mountains to see all the fall colors....I love to snack while I'm driving...especially such long drives.

Irisheyes - 3 inches...WOW!! Excellent!!!

I lost 1.5 lbs so I am now 151.5, woohoo I am almost in the 140's again. A couple years ago I lost about 60lbs, I went from about 200lbs to 140 and I swore to myself that I would never let myself get over 150 again and then well a lot of really shitty things happened in life for me and DH and now we are stronger than ever I just need to lose the wieght I gained so I am very excited to be almost back under 150!!!!

Congrats BB2 your getting really close to your goal!! I love snacking while driving too and when I go away anywhere even just for a couple days but you will do great!!

Congrats Irish eyes, 3 inches is awesome, and what a great feeling being able to fit in those clothes again, you must feel so good today!! I wish I would have taken measurements too, oh well :D

How did everyone else do???

You guys are awesome and so motivational !!! I weigh the same today...But I'm ok with that, as long as I didn't gain, that's ok for this weigh in. ..Next week though I better lose...I've signed up for extra pilates classes at the gym. Even though it's not a cardio workout, it always helps curb overeating...I wish I had better news to report, but I can't get too upset about it...Just gotta keep trying...
