Well, it looks as though my weigh-ins will be futile now...

I'm pregnant!!

Just found out yesterday. Very excited. And shocked!! :D

Besides getting screwed up on bc, forgetting to take pills, quitting altogether, and getting knocked up when I didn't think I was O'ing?? ;)

It's been a wacky cycle, so I have no idea how or when it really happened!

Hi! I'm new to this site. I'm interested in losing 20lbs but I need some motivation and encouragement. I really need to lose 30 but I don't see that happening so I'll shoot for 20. How do you all motivate one another. What's the plan?

Hey there of course you can join, we weigh in on Fridays so tomorrow morning. Just let us know you starting wieght and the wieght you wanna be and we can update the list tomorrow morning!!!!

Ok so we never updated last week so there is last weeks update and the wiegh in is tomorrrow so I will update again tomorrow and add the new girls wieght.

Armywifettc1, Sounds great!! We motivate with the weekly wiegh ins and also letting eachother know what is working for us. I am doing wieght watchers online right now, I have sort of been slacking the last week but really I started doing it so that I would eat better and it has helped me with that. Are you working out right now?? any specific work out routine?? I try and go to the gyum 5-7 days a week right now!

wyomingbabydust, we wieght in tomorrow, so just let me know what your starting wieght was and then what you lost and your goal tomorrow!!

Charlotte, That is awesome, you usually do end up pg when you dont think its gonna happen, thats what happened to me last time. You must be so excited. So I guess I will take you off the list for the next 9 months, you definitely dont need to be worried about losing wieght right now :wink:

Blueskye, I hope your surgery went well, how long do you have to wait until you can exercise again?? I hope you have a quick recovery. Can you start ttc right away???

My weight and goals

OK. Right now I am 179 lbs. My goal is to be a solid 160 lbs. Recently I joined Curves and I will try to go there at least 3 to 4 times a week. I haven't really changed my eating habits, however I will try to make some changes there. I don't really know how yet, but I'll figure it out.

Thanks for letting me join and I look forward to motivating and being motivated by you all!

Good Morning Ladies!!

I wieghed in at 146 today, yippee, thats another 1.8lbs gone. I am very happy, it has been a long time since I have been at this wieght, if I could lose the 6 more I would be estatic and I know that I could still eat healthier, I sneak a lot of snacks during the day :oops:

How is everyone else doing?????

Hi ladies, sorry I didn't get here to post yesterday... the boards have been so hard to post on lately... I'm at 176 as of Friday, so I would love to get to 156, although I've already lost 6 pounds (started at 182).... thanks!

Ok ladies here is the updated list and I will just edit it when I last few check in!!

Armywifettc1, Right now I try and work out every day if I can, I know that it is something that helps me lose wieght. I an also trying to eat a lot more veggies and I try not to have carbs with most dinners. Since I am doing wieght watchers online it has really shown me what kinds of things I should be focusing on eating, I only get 21 points a day and that is not a lot, I used to love eating 2 pieces of toast with peanut butter and cheese ( I know wierd :D ) for breakfast and that alone can be around 12-14 points so that really showed me that I need to make better choices. That is pretty much what I am working on right now, I still make bad choices though so I have things to work on still. What kinds of things are you doing or thinking or doing??

Irisheyes, :congrats: on the wieght loss, you are under 130 now, that is awesome!!!

Blueskye, I hope you are healing up okay!! Let us know how you are doing???
