Most people will say exercise is ok. There is a new study out that was done in Europe on 9000 women that found exercise during the first trimester can triple the risk of miscarriage. Runnung is the worst, and swimming is the omly exerscise found to have no negative impact.
I am a runner, and had a m/c in November, didnt read this new report till after my m/c. Most likely, running didnt cause my m/c, but I can tell you I will not be running during the tww again.

I am a runner and I've been trying to conceive for the last year and a half. The Aramco half-marathon in houston was my first and I just did the seabrook lucky trails this morning. Why is running the worst thing to do? I thought it was ok as long as you have been doing for a while. I know it's hard on you when you jump into it when your body is not used to it.
