Well Ladies! Already Part 4!! :D
This thread is for anyone trying to lose ~20lbs...JOIN US!!! Even though we are on PART 4, we would love to add supportive, positive people.

We weigh ourselves every Friday and post it here.
It helps SO much to have people to lean on, and be accountable to.

Sorry I'm late checking in! I still weigh 150lbs, so no change here either way :\ I'll be going on vacation starting thursday and will be in NYC all day friday, so I may not get to check in until sat or sun. Sorry for slacking! :(

Hey ladies, just thought I'd stop in and say I'm here. I was looking at the stats of everyone...What is Armywife doing??? I want to be on her plan yeah!!! Wow...4 months only huh? Hmmmm....let me start that!

im doing weight watchers and just ttc after a mc in Oct.
At the moment I weigh 172lb. (I've already lost 4 lb)
My goal is 150lbs

LOL well I dont know how I lost it so fast but honestly I do work out lots, usually 6-7 days a week and usually atleast 1 hour of cardio a day. And then I do weights and stuff at home everynight while I watch my favorite shows. I also try and eat healthy but it doesnt always work, I dont like depriving myself so if I want McDonalds I will have it eventually. I definitely eat wayyyy more veggies than I used to. I dont know though, I havent been this light is many years so I am gonna try for a little more!!

Glad you found the Part 4 thread...Wow :D Our group is ever growing...I am thrilled...There were some ladies I deleted from the list, because they hadn't weighed in or posted in a long time...ArmyWife-YOU ARE AWESOME!!! I am so happy for you that you are beyond your goal and still going strong!!

Soooooooo This is our group for a while! Lets really encourage each other to be healthy and exercise...I know I need a little voice in my ear pushing me to be good! :help: I just started reading the book 'Skinny B!t@h'..It's hilarious and also an eye-opener into what we feed ourselves..

Today I am going to do one hour cardio and some weights...Anyone else exercising today?...Friday's weigh-in is coming up quickly and I REALLY want good results...

My weight loss plan right now is to try to eat right (or just a little better) and to exercise, when I can. These next couple weeks I won't be able to get into a routine because my friend's 4 week old is in the ICU and will be there for another week so I go sit up there with her everyday. So I don't know if I will have time to exercise so much this week but we will see what happens next week. Does anyone else have certain plans that they are doing? Is there a thread where you all posted it? I would be interested in seeing what everyone else is trying! I hope you ladies are having a great day so far! :D

Well I worked out of town again this week which mean bad eating habits PLUS no exercise! Tomorrow probably won't be a good weight but maybe I'll be surprised and lost something. How is everyone else doing? Board has been quiet.

Tomorrow is the weigh-in..I cheated this morning and weighed in one pound less than last week. I am going to be super good tonight and hope for a great number on that scale tomorrow..

Hi all

blueskye I was shocked myself about loosing weight myself on vacation guess all that time in the pool worked off for me :D but I did try to stay healthy and I also found when I ate out and got a burger 2 bites and I was full.....

Armywife Wow your doing so well now pass your target weight go you...

Danni_Stone hope you have a great vacation in NYC I just love it there...


Well now to me I lost another 1 lb this week :jump: :jump: only 5 more lbs and I've hit my target I also hurt my foot so no exercise for me for a week or so :(

I forgot to check this morning. but I'm sure that I'm up a bit. We've had a crazy hectic week and for me stress definately adds on the lbs. I wish I had your luck with it kristylee!! :)

So I'll way myself tomorrow and if I don't cry then I'll post it. :) Otherwise, wait till next week and really kick my butt. We are on Christmas holiday now from work so hopefully I'll have more time to workout and hopefully won't eat to many goodies. ;)
