Hey ladies! I am doing "ok" I have my days where I go over my points but not like I used to, I will go over them with good foods not bad:). I am now down to 184 yay 2 more lbs :) I KNOW if I commit myself 100% the weight loss will go MUCH faster. My biggie is I need to STOP the night snaking, exercise and drink more water. Today I am going to walk to and from work (only a 10-15 min walk). I will do that all the days I work if the weather is not to terrible. That should help, I think it is almost a mile each way...better then nothing. I weigh in every Monday, but I have a horrible habit of weighing myself in the morning, after I eat, after I have a BM.... I went from a pee stick addict to a weigh myself addict. LOL. Well starting today I am really going to be strict with myself I have a small goal that by Valentines day I will have a total weight loss of 15lbs! I know if I really TRY I can do it! So hear is to another 9lb (maybe more) in 25 days! Oh and I am also going to TRY to not weigh myself until Mon!

Danni-

I too am trying to get to 115 lbs!!-my high school weight!

Looking at your plan is just like looking at the one that my personal trainer put me on when we first met. I pre-cook all my meals on Sunday afternoon. And then I eat 6 meals aday. Once you get used to it it's very easy. Well good luck and it sounds as if you are already on your way to a healthier lifestyle!

Wow, sounds like everyone is doing great.

I've been slacking a little bit. I keep kicking myself in the butt, but talking myself out of doing my exercises... BLEH.
I also need to stop with the late night snacking OR replace what I snack on w/ healthier options. Maybe some yummy cabbage.

Hey Ladies, just checkin' in with my weekly weigh-in....

I gained a pound back :( So, I'm at 152.5 again.... bleh! I don't know why I gained! I only cheated once and that was sunday :( I mean, I skipped a couple days of exercise but I was still eating good darnit! Sucky... I hope you ladies are faring better!

Maybe it was water weight or muscle? :wink:

Just posted in the thread in the +size bit, but thought I'd post in here as well...they say that naturally thin people take at least 10,000 steps...well, DD just started school and it was just under 5,000 steps each way, all uphill on the way back as well...so HERE I COME, NATURALLY THIN! :D

I hope the weight just falls off of me!


(btw, 10,000 steps is around 4 miles, so Mandy, maybe take another trip to and from work or somewhere else during the day as well.... ;) )

AAAAaaaaaargh! I GAINED a half pound back this week :( I guess it's not TOO much of a surprise though. I didn't exercise all that much. I slept a WHOLE lot though. I was exhausted, passing out at 9-10pm each night which is really abnormal for me, I'm a major night owl. I had no energy, just enough to cook a little dinner and that's it.

So yeah, I have to get back on the ball! I'm really not eating enough each day and that's mainly because I wasn't able to get to the store and restock on foods... so I wound up skipping breakfest most mornings, or having nothing good :\ But, tomorrow is another day and I plan on restocking and really workin' at getting the pounds back off! Maybe I can lose and then some this coming week! :D

How are you ladies doing? Good I hope! Take care now!

Ooh, a little update on me. This morning, as I was looking for something to put on to take DD to school, i decided to try on a pair of my old Old Navy jeans, size 16...and they fit!! I was JUST squeezing into them when I tried them about a month ago, but now they actually FIT!! I'm so chuffed! Can't wait to fit back into my 14s...that will put me at my pre-pregnancy size. I also have a pair that are smaller than those, so if I get into them, i'll be thrilled to pieces! :D Yay! Go me! :jump: :jump:

Hi Can I join?. I need to lose about 40- 50 pounds to get down to a healthy weight ( so I will start ovulating on my own again). I am really determined to stay on plan. TTC over the holidays has caused me to gain 20 pounds and put me just over 200 pounds :oops: .

Nice to meet you, Lisa! I surprised myself by not putting on TOO-TOO much over the holidays, but I usually do. :roll: Adding TTC stress on top didn't help, i'm sure. I think I put on 5 pounds last week due to V-day...that darn cheesecake I made!!

I'm right about where you are, though...when I started this year, I was at like 206, but I haven't weighed myself in quite some time so don't know whether I've gone up or down or stayed the same... :roll: :?

Not sure where everyone has gone in this thread...how's everyone doing? How much weight has everyone lost?

Just thought I'd share a little update!

I weighed myself yesterday at my MIL's (we have no scales..I'd be obsessed if we did! lol) Anyways, I started at around 230 last year and I'm now at 192! That's almost 40 pounds!! I'm so pleased with myself as I thought my spine was made of jello when it came to losing weight! :D This just goes to show that it's not, that I CAN do it, and that even a few simple changes can be all you need to make a big difference!

Ultimately I'd like to lose another 45-50 pounds, but right now I'm just going to focus on the next 15! However, for now I'm happy that I'm squeezing into my pre-pregnancy jeans, even if they're NOT ready for a public outing! LOL
