HEY LADIES!!!

It's been like forever since I've been on here. I haven't lost a thing because I haven't worked out. I'm still the same weight. 172lbs. I've been sick like crazy and I'm getting a little better but I'm still instructed to avoid the gym. I'm just watching what I eat so I can maintain even if I'm not losing.

How is everyone? I miss you guys!!! :D

Hey ladies!!
I am just popping in to say hello..I will definitely keep lurking to see whos getting thinner, and whose getting their BFP..As for me, I havent gained any weight yet, actually lost a bit since the BFP. We saw/heard the baby's heartbeat yesterday..That made it all so real for me..Nutrition is more important now than ever! But I have been super nauseous, and completely uninterested in food.
oodah-Great job starting the new thread!! And good luck on your diet!
Jam, 'the Fertility Diet' is a pretty good book. I read it just before I got my BFP. Lots of good info in there.
ArmyWife-Have fun in Mexico..What part? Was this trip a motivator for your hugely successful weight loss???

well i was at the gym on wednesday night. didn't do much but it's a start!
last night i did just a few exercises at home, and then tonight i'm off to the gym again.

I'm just not getting much headway with the diet, so i need to do more than just watch what i'm eating.

hopefully if i alternate between the gym and exercises at home each day then i'll start to see the lb's drop off

just out of interest, what is everyone's bmi? do you pay much attention to your bmi?

134 today!! Woohoo, I know I have surpassed my goal and I have not been this light in FOREVER so I would really like to get somewhere between 125-130!

Blueskye, I am glad you will stick around and like you said your nutrition is still important so we can encourage you with that. The trip was not my motivation because I just found out on dec.30 that I was going but boy am I glad I did lose that wieght before I went :D

Sorry I was not on here yesterday. It was my due date of the baby we lost in June. It was difficult to go through but I am glad that it's over.

On the bright side... I lost two pounds this week! I am feeling very encouraged!

Welcome back Kooli and Armywifettc#1 ! It's great to have you back!

I hope everyone has a great weekend!

hey ladies mind if i join in? jam glad to see there's someone i know in here! ok so i'll be honest and spill my little story. when i got married i was 149 i'm 5' 8" so that was totally fine. well right after we got married i couldn't find a job and he was working 12 hour days and i was at home alone all day and all i did was eat. i gained about 20lbs at that point and go up to 170. over the last 4 years i have been up and down but was about 185, well this last 4 months i don't know what's happened and now i'm ay 196 this morning and i can't stand it. i've never weighed this much and i can't help but wonder if while ttc it's harder for my dh to want me because i'm so over weight right now. at one point in oct of 06 i got down to 166 but it all came back. so here i am, i would like to lose at least 20 lbs but if i could be my dream weight it would be 50lbs. any advice on exercise and diet would be nice. i'm going to keep a food journal and try to eat fresh fruits and veggies instead of so much frozen and prepared food. any support would be greatly appreciated!
