Good job wifey...I finally lost two pounds. Not much in the grand scheme, but I have been trying for over a month with no success, so that 2 lbs might as well be 20! I have a long way to go, but I'm on my way. For my height and body type my ideal weight is between 150-160. I was thinking it way lower than that, and it seemed so overwhelming. At least now I have a better idea...I have 48 pounds to go. Seems more realistic than 65 pounds. If I make it to less than target that will be great, but I am just glad to know that I don't have to in order to be healthy~

Congratulations to all the losses this week
I lost about a pound (I think!) I'm at 162.3 now but can't remember what I was last week. It's too confusing thinking in pounds!!!

Hi Ladies! I am sooooooooo sorry that I didn't come back after I got home from Switzerland. Life kinda took over and I just never got back on the site. I have just come to find out that I am pregnant. So I am stopping trying to lose weight. I did lose 15 pounds while with you ladies. I wish you all the best with losing weight and again I am soooooo sorry!!

I haven't lost anymore, but starting Monday I am going to start going to the gym again. I have 5 weeks before homecoming so I'm hoping to lose at least 10 more pounds by then.

hey girls! I would love to join! I know it is a little late, but i really would love some help and encourgment to keep going!!
My goal is 125 right now im at 140. I really think i would feel so much better about my self if i lost it.
I had a mc in November, and have not lost the weight.
