I use to be 130 before I was pregnant with baby. Well, at the end of my pregnancy I weighed 180. I weigh 170 now, I know I could have lost all my weight, but I have been tired. Working full-time , taking care of baby, house, husband, I am exhausted. I know, I know, there is no excuse not to take care of myself. I plan on starting on June 25th. I am going to try to exercise before work, that is my goal. I want to be healthy, I am also upset that now that I am big, that is when I see the cutiest clothes. When I was skinny, I didn't see squat!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone want to join with me? We can do weekly check-ins, and give low calorie recipes, workout tips, etc...

Hi - Great idea to start this thread! Weekly check-ins will help get me more motivated!

I'm on my 6th month of Clomid and I would like to be 112lbs (I'm currently 148lbs). The clomid is driving me insane with the difficulty in losing weight on it. Even if I eat only a bowl of cereal and a cereal bar all day I still don't lose a thing! And I'm so damn tired on the clomid that some days I just can't bear to do any exercise. Of course when AF arrives I do find it hard not to eat chocolate in binge amounts. I need motivating to diet and exercise and stick with it cos I've got another 6 cycles of Clomid to go and I'm scared my weight will go out of control.

I would love to join you. I need to lose 15-20 lbs. I am not real sure how to do it, so I bought a ton of fruits and vegies today, and I've been walking my german shepherd 1 mile each evening.

Do you girls have any other suggestions or good exercises I could do??

diet helps but exercise is the best, especial if your just now quiting smoking, i know when i did years ago you tend to replace cigarettes with food (need to keep your hands busy and something in your mouth) so if you keep on the walking it should help with the weight loss and help with the weight you might gain from quiting. and kudos for doing that for yourself and future babes

175 pounds. My goal is to get down to pre-preg weight 130.

My weight is 139.4 as of this morning. My goal is 120.

Lol@myself - I clearly haven't put much effort in over last two weeks, I just noticed from my earlier post that i havent even lost 1lb! Still at least I didn't gain! :roll:

Hi all....this might be a good thread for me! I am going to be very serious starting next Monday, 7/28 (after our return from vacation) and am looking for some buddies!

I have between 30 and 35 pounds to lose! I lost all my baby weight but gained it all back when I quit my job to stay home with my son. I need some accountability.

I had posted about WW members but this might be a better option. If this goes well, we can join the buddy forums! :D

Been walking with husband a few days a week. I need to start using a diet journal again. Keeping track of my caloric intake is about the only way I make progress. I haven't lost anymore in the past week. :P
