So this isnt that important, im just curious. What were the side affects of taking the Vitex for everyone? I just bought it today, it says on the bottle to take 2-3 tabs a day for 8-12 weeks, then after that only take 1 a day. Hopefully I got the right one. Also, I was wondering if I should stop taking my metformin while I take the Vitex?

Does anyone know?

I don't know for sure. But from what I have read I would keep taking the metformin. When I got diagnosed with IR last year, OB/GYN said to keep on the metformin to reduce infertility issues, he said staying on the metformin helps reduce the risk of mc also. Hope that helps :)
Me (Tiffany):28 DH(Jon): 32 TTC #1 going on 11 years. DH has SevereMF. I have severe Insulin Resistance, metformin 2000mg/day to keep that in check. Also have ovulation issues
