stairs?????

hey everyone i hav been ttc for 5 months now and today it was a faint psitive ill wait till the morning t test again..

i live in apartments n 3rd flooor.. do yu think stairs are dangerous for me as im tested positive now? should i try to avoid them?? please help me and give advice if any

If taking the stairs is normal for you, I can't see a problem. Exercise is good for, especially if you've gotten a BFP!

I have stairs in my house and had to go up and down daily when preggo with #1 so you should be fine. I think the only time its an issue is if you have placenta previa but then your doctor I am sure would warn you!

I think its okay. I am TTC still, but I do the stairmaster everyday and my doctor didn't tell me not to, he just said any exercise I do before I become pregnant, I can generally do afterwards, with slight modifications along the way. CONGRATS!
