I was put on Metformin too...but I met with a fertility specialist in India (who helped us get pregnant), and he said that he only puts patients on Metformin if they have an abnormal GTT (Glucose Tolerance Test).

I wasn't ovulating either. I was put on 100 mg Clomid for five days, followed by an HMG shot, and then the hcG trigger shot. That, plus "timed intercourse" did the trick!

Don't worry, randapanda. <3 We're with you!

My glucose test came back normal and she still tried to put me on it! That doctor isn't at the practice I go to anymore. She wasn't professional either, just made me super uncomfortable.

Thanks KatBK.

Well I got good old AF really early on the 23rd so kinda glad its before the doctors appt. Also this one I am bleeding really heavy with clots.....sorry tmi.....

But maybe I can make you laugh a bit if you can imagine my face that morning and having to do a drug test via urine sample for a job lol. Omg was I embarrassed but told the lady the truth and still did it.

Moody and biting peoples heads off. Oh and the cramps have me thinking I am making it up for the 3 months MIA along with the blood. Wow they hurt and am SO bloated.

How are you guys doing?

Hey Ladies,
I hope you don't mind me jumping into this board. My name is JoAnna and I'm 25. My significant other Cody and I just started trying to conceive 2 months ago. And I'm completely at a loss for all of signs and symptoms since so many are like what happens when I'm on my period. My friends who have kids already tend to be like duh you should know all this and be able to tell you are a nurse. And I'm like yes but I've never been pregnant and its different for everyone. I'm 5 days late I know it doesn't sound like alot but that is weird for me as I am never more than 2 days late. Anyways, I hope its okay I jumped into the conversation and congrats to those of you who I see are pregnant now. And of course baby dust for those still waiting.

Hi I'm 23, this is my third month ttc with my bf (25) I use ovia tracker and opks. My period is pretty regular and the tracker has been dead on the last few months. Today I'm 13-15dpo and period was due yesterday. I have endo and usually experience horrible cramps a few days before and during my period but I have none! No spottkng no breakouts no cramps. Nothing! I did a dollar store test 2 days ago and it was negative. I'm trying to hold out and wait a couple more days but I want it so badly to be positive! I'm having slight sharp pains similar to O pains on my left side but that's it. I would love done help and to hear your thoughts!!! Thank you!!!

Hello there!

My name is Brittany, I am 23, and DH is 32. We our currently trying for our first. Originally, ideally, we were planning to start on our honeymoon (this week!!) but our "practice" cycle might have been more than just practice and now I'm enduring a long and anxious TWW.

We are using Ovia and will begin OPK's next cycle. Currently I am on CD 18 of a cycle in which I am fairly certain O occurred on CD9. Thus far I have had odd CM, tenderness, and some queasiness. I'm trying to be good and hold off of testing, but I am failing and growing miserable from all the bfns
Moi- 23 (Primary amenorrhea treated with bc for 2 years, two unassisted cycles resulting in successful AF!)
DH- 32
TTC #1 since December 2014!
Praying for a honeymoon/NYE bfp
