Yeah babybaby, I really think that if I lost some weight that would help. Dh and I are going to make some changes, start eating healthier, and do everything together. I'm very lucky, he is very supportive.

my suggestion would be try making small changes for example if you feel you overeat just cut back very little at first and gradually reduced down to the portion size you feel you should be eating or maybe it's not the portion size maybe it's just the choices for example if you eat sweets 5 times a week cut back the amount of times you have sweets in a week very gradually as far as exercise goes maybe trying something physical that's fun just 15 minutes a day and slowly increase your time and always remember if you happen to fall off the wagon it's not the end of the world you can always get back on, change is very difficult I think if its done gradually we are more likely to stick with it.

I know its easier said than but I believe we can do it :D

Thanks babybaby, those are some very good tips. Yeah, we can do this, we just need a little willpower.

I'm 29 (will be 30 in 2 weeks!). DH is 30. TTC #2 for about 7 months now.

In TWW now, was on 2nd round of Clomid. It definitely worked, (level #s were 54).

BFN as of this morning though :(

Thank you mrsm44! how's your ttc coming along? Clomid is definitely an interesting experience for me, my fingers are crossed that it'll help or work lol.

Ehh. We aren't using anything to help the process right now. I was pregnant in July of 2013, and we lost the baby at 21 weeks due to Trisomy 13. I just had my second AF after the loss. Here's to another cycle!

Hi ladies! I'm 26 (so I guess I qualify for this group now!) and DH is 27. We have been TTC #1 since October 2013. Miscarriage x1. Currently doing a NTNP month - but next month we are thinking of moving back into actively TTC. Currently 2DPO but I'm out this month as we didn't BD around/at time of O. So just waiting for AF to show. :)
