SO Eating Habits

Postby BFPPlease » Mon Nov 16, 2015 9:45 am

Happy Monday! Have any of you had to discuss eating habits with your partner? My BF and I have been working on weight loss, going grocery shopping together so we make healthier choices. But my BF is starting to go back into old habits, eating unhealthy (Chinese food three times a week, ect). I know you need a balance, but on my end I have been really improving my eating habits because I want to keep my body healthy and prepping for this baby during our TTC journey. My friend suggested going to a fertility specialist so the doctor can really talk to him about this as I feel as if I'm beating it with a short stick. Any suggestions?

Hello BFPPlease - I like the name ;)

I am not in this situation however I recommend going to the fertility specialist to explain to him the importance of having a healthy and balanced diet during the TTC process. It could be that hearing it from a professional may go the trick!

Good luck on your TTC journey :)

Thank you! I thought you had to be TTC for a year before going a fertility specialist?
