I am sorry to hear that you are down. At 31, I feel that you still have plenty of time though but at 37 I do understand that you feel time is of the essence. I don't know much about IVF and didn't know BMI was an issue with that. . . where you offered any suggestions from the doctor? Best of Luck and much baby dust to you!

Oh Lou, I understand how flusterating it all must be. I am doing well. Thanks for asking. This may be a dumb question, but have you looking into foods and meal plans that promote better sperm mobility? My ex had a low sperm count and poor mobility and I found several foods that were supposed to help with that. Off the top of my head, I remember pumpkin seeds (raw) and oats. . . another friend of mine suggested the Eat Right for your Blood Type Meal Plans at that time as well. However, my ex did not want to make any changes in his eating habits so that plan fell by the wayside, as did the marriage. Oh well! Also decreasing red meat intake can help improve sperm performance I was told by an herbalist for what that is worth to you.

Good Luck Lou!
