Hi Ladies!

Well I'm officially out. :af: arrived today after some :spot: right on time!
I'm a little bummed but not as much as before because of the plan to lose weight. I think it will really help with a healthy pregnancy. Even if I should :praying: get pregnant next cycle I will hopefully lose about 10 lbs (I'm coming up on 5 and I'm planning on adding more exercise). And even 10 lbs can make a big difference!
Teachingmom I'll be stalking you for any POAS updates! FX for you!
Luna how are you doing with the temping? I forgot of course to temp this morning (CD 1) but I put the thermometer next to my bed and I will get started tomorrow!
Question: if I wake up to pee at 4:00am (as I often do), should I take my temp from then or from when I wake up for good at 6:30?

Oh and I forgot to add I bought some raspberry leaf tea because it's supposed to help tone the uterus. Have either you ever tried it?

Morrigan~ I'm sorry :af: arrived but I understand being ok with it. I think I'll be ok if I'm out this cycle too. I've lost 3lbs so far but I had that major cheat with the blood donor stuff so I'm ok with where I'm at. I would love for it to be 10lbs by the time the two weeks is up though.

AfM I didn't poas this morning I just want to wait a few more days Af is 4 days away so I'm thinking I'll test Sunday. But I'm wondering whats up my nerves are way out of wack. I don't have any pg sys but last night everything dh did was driving me insane finally I was like just sit over there and stop talking your getting on my nerves. Poor dh he was just talking about his day and stuff and he kept leaning over and kissing me on the neck not I'm gonna take you to bed kisses just fun I love you kisses but holy cow he was driving me crazy. Then I was ready to cry because I was mean to him. Then today I had a conversation with another teacher who is annoyed not at me really more at the situation that is going on and before I knew it I was crying again. If this is a pg sign I hope it goes away I never cry. I am so NOT the girl that cries when I get mad or happy. I may cry every few months but really not often like some women do. So it's very weird.

Teaching Mom, I think having the weepies could be a good sign. Let's hope you see two line on Sunday.

Morrigan,

I have been drinking red raspberry leaf tea on and off for years because I like it. I have heard it is supposed to help with uterine toning and definately with your menses. Sorry to hear that AF is here but now is a good time to find out if the tea will help with your cycle.

I am still waiting on the false unicorn root to show up. I have been remember to temp finally. I only missed one day. I read in this book I have "Getting Pregnant Naturally" that you are supposed to have at least 3 hours of sleep before temping so I would check at 4am. I hate how slow my thermometer is though so I would be going nuts if I were having to hold it waiting on that thing. Other supplements I am taking are a prenatal vitamin, Evening Primrose Oil until O, fish oil, Liquid B complex, low dose aspirin. I think that is it. I take a lot of supplements regularly anyways. The EPO and the FUR are the two *new* ones I am trying. To be honest, I'm kind of like not worried about trying until I get to my goal weight and have a few months of supplements in me. I think that getting prepared for a healthy pregnancy and being healthy are really important. I have driven myself crazy obsessing TTC so this month I am trying to shift my focus on being prepared before conceiving if that makes any sense. I overtrained yesterday and woke up super sore today. Got on the scale and I'm already down 5 lbs on Day 3 of the diet so I guess that made it worth it. What I don't like about the diet though is that it does take so much self control. I have been craving sweets terribly but I am going to stick with it.

Goodmorning Ladies
I tested again still stark white. Af is due tomorrow so we'll see I don't have any real sign she's coming or she's not. Except I only want to eat something sweet and that is usually AF.

I'm down a little over 3lbs dh is down almost 7lbs though.

Hello! I would love to join this group as well! I'm 37 and we've just recently gotten serious about ttc. We've been together for 7 years and nothing has happened and we've gotten to the point that we really want to try but need help. I have a 19 y/o and he has none. Testing is done and we've been diagnosed with unexplained infertility and now we have to go through our options. Its so new and overwhelming and I know I need support with this, and offer support as well. Wishing everyone the best of luck!
