Thanks bilson! :D

I got my betas from Saturday back and both the betas and the progestore look great. I also caved and told the hubby and then we told DS. I think we'll tell my dad when we see him on Father's Day and my MIL and SIL whenever we'll see them in person and then we're staying quiet until we get out of the first trimester.

babydreams-spirulina sounds like a really good thing to take!

Monica~ I'm so jealous you've had beta's I've had nothing :( they don't want to see me till June 27th unless something major happens. I keep telling myself nothing happening to warrant a doctor visit is a great thing. But ughhhhh I want those numbers. I'm also thankfuly your numbers were all good. :D

Luna~ I think your plan sounds great it is very draining on you and your relationship when ttc.

Babydreams that sounds like a super pill. Thanks for the info.

Blison how are you doing? Has the witch left yet?

AFM I'm here I'll officially be 8 weeks tomorrow and I am fully in maternity clothes. And if one another person asks me if there's more than one in there I'm saying YES even though I don't have a clue. I feel like when I say no they are like WOW you'll have a big baby or look at me like I'm fat. I've gained 1lb of my 4 lost back so I'm still less then where I was when I started this journey. I started teaching summer school today. And found out my good friend and partner teacher from last summer is preggers too. She's 14 weeks and it's her first she's not showing a bit and hasn't been sick at all she's also 10 years younger than me. I politely told her I hate her. I'm very happy for her, she and her husband are really sweet and they were waiting till he finished pharmacy school and got a job. She also asked today if I was having more than one told her I didn't know could be my mom's sister and brother are twins so it's on my maternal side. She then proceeded to tell me if your not your gonna have a big ole baby. I'm still sick all the time but I have found a new LOVE for pink lemonade mixed with ginger ale. Had both on the counter and it sounded good and now it's a mainstay and really does seem to help with the nausea. I am also making myself eat which is helping with the actually puking. If I make my self eat then I just feel yucky but I don't throw up so that a plus in my book.
Just another little detail about me. Both of my children were born on my cousins birthday. My mom's sister that is the twin. Now she and my uncle's birthday is January 15 so she called me over the weekend to tell me I have to have this baby on her and Uncle Royce's birthday. While it would be neat to have all my kids share dates with her family and I'm sure by that point I'll be ready to deliver. It is 10 days before my due date so we shall see as time goes what happens.
Hope everyone is having a great Monday.

Teaching Mom, you know, it would be exciting if you did have twins, at least from my point of view! ha Glad you are eating and that helps the sickness.

Morrigan, Sorry it took me so long to answer your questions. I am finishing up a BFA in Fashion Design. As far as my Etsy shop, I am listing clothing I made that is left over after I closed my retail store. I have gotten into silkscreening now and I want to do some clothing and art pieces when I get rid of my left over stock. So far I have gotten all the things I need to photograph together and ordered a new laptop. My laptop has gotten really sluggish and I don't want to get flustered listing online because the thing is so slow. It should be here on the 29th by the latest. I am glad you went ahead and told your husband! There is no way I could have held onto that secret that long. As far as DP becoming DF, that happened back in April but I failed to update. We aren't going to start any wedding plans though until next year because I am still in school.

Bilson, BabyDreams, How are ya'll doing?

AFM, I have noticed a BIG change in my temps this cycle compared to last cycle which is a huge plus. I think I have Oed already because I had a huge temp spike today. I actually noticed some EWCM this cycle too. Even though we aren't technically trying this cycle, we did get in some BDing on CD 10, CD 12, and CD 13. I can tell that DF is less stressed and I am too. I am starting to feel much better about whatever will happen for our future. I am actually beginning to think of things other than TTC. Although I can't say I still don't think about it, it is just not consuming all of my waking thoughts like the last two cycles. I guess that's from the desperation I feel because of my age but whatever, I can't do anything to change that now. This is the hand I have been dealt and I will have to play it the best I can.

Looking forward to reading everyone's updates!

Luna~ you are such an inspiration you are so positive and focused. I am or I can be a real debbie downer. I tend to see the glass not even 1/2 empty once it's 1/2 gone you might as well say it's gone. I am getting much better with this since turning 35 last year. But I still think I have a long ways to go.

Monica~ How are you feeling? I am finally beginning to feel better some days I'm hardly even sick others it's still bad. But it's not constant anymore like it was for the previous few weeks. Smells still kill me though I pretty much have given up cooking meat dh has to do it.

AFM - I called to find out what all my first doctor's appointment will entail b/c my ex has changed weeks with me for the summer and I'll have my 10 year old with me. They said I'd have a pap, cultures, blood, urine and an ultra sound. I am so super excited!!!!!!!!!!!!! :jump: :jump: :jump: and it's still over a week away. But at least I know I will hopefully see the baby or babies. :D

How is everyone else doing? Blison- Babydreams what cycle day are you one and whats going on?

Hugs to all Lesley

Things are going good...think I got my pos. opt today...check it out

Image

So..now I am just hoping we can catch this egg! I am going in for a CD 21 test this time around to check my progesterone levels...as I suspect I am low..

morrigan - I am glad to hear that your betas were good! SO exciting that you are going to tell your dad this weekend - what a nice present.

teachingmom - sorry you are still dealing with the sickness...hope it improves soon :)

luna - hopefully the changes in your cycle will mean you are going to get a BFP...YAY!~ You are definitely an inspiration with your positive attitude - I too have been focused on other things...which is why I haven't been around much. It is good for us :) I even forgot to take an OPT til day 12 (which is today..) Good luck sweetie :)

Hi There!

Bilson-nice OPK! FX that you catch your eggie!

Teachingmom-I'm feeling OK. The only thing that worries me is I've been having very mild, almost constant cramping/heavy feeling in my lower belly. I keep reading that this is "normal" in early pg but of course I'm very worried because of my m/c. Other than that I have some nausea, I'm very tired, boobs sore, but it's all very bearable. Also, I have not seen my doc yet, I just called her and asked her to send me for labs and she did. I'm not going in for my appointment until I'm at 8 weeks (the appointment is July 11). Honestly, the way I feel that might as well be in the year 2031. I don't know how I'm going to survive the next couple of weeks without completely stressing out. And I can't concentrate at work at all! (Sorry for vent).

Luna-First of all (belated) congratulations on your engagement! Yay!!! That is a really cool degree to get, I hope it's as fun as it sounds. Also, pretty awesome about new laptop. And it also sounds like you got some good BDing in! I'm glad that you're doing better mentally because thinking about TTC can be very draining.

So I know I said we're gonna tell my dad, MIL and SIL but now I'm worried what if I have another m/c and we just get people's hopes up only to disappoint them again? DH REALLY wants to tell them ASAP, he even doesn't want to wait until he sees them in person and instead wants to tell them now, over the phone. I'm not into it, not even sure about telling my dad. And MIL is going in for surgery on Tuesday (something with her uterus that they're not sure if it's just inflammation or something more serious) and I'm sure she has enough on her mind right now without adding this pg to the mix. I guess I wouldn't mind telling my SIL though. I don't know what the right thing to do is. I just want to be 12 weeks pregnant already. I spotted with my last pregnancy starting at around 6 weeks and m/c at just about 9. I just don't want it to happen again! :( Sorry to be a downer. Ack. I guess I just have to relax and enjoy this for what it is.

Hi Everyone,

Hope the weekend is treating everyone well. I really have nothing to report. . I am waiting on FF to give me crosshairs though. Even though we are NTNP this cycle I am still temping to monitor my temps in case I go to get my thyroid check again but they are looking pretty good. I think I Oed on CD 12, take a look if ya want.

THanks for the compliments on my mostly positive outlook. I do try but I have good and bad days.

Morrigan, I was curious if you were still taking the low dose baby aspirin and drinking the pregnancy tea? I feel everything is going to be just fine with your pregnancy and the cramping you are feeling I am sure is just your uterus growing and things moving around in there. =)

Cheers Everyone!

FF Gave me cross hairs today. Says I Oed on CD14. I don't think so though. If I Oed that late, that's not good b/c it means my LP is too short. Oh well, I'm just going to keep charting to see what's going on.

Also, I am going to be out of town for a few days. If the group gets to 6 pages, will someone please restart. Thanks!

Monica~ I totally understand the worry about every twinge pull and feeling. That is part of why I kept poasing because I was so worried. Then they started getting lighter and I really freaked out. But I found out that the more HCG the lighter the test because it overwhelms it or something. So I diluted it with water and again got a nice dark line that beat the control. I decided to step away from the sticks then and go on faith. And I read that m/s and sore bb are a sign your body is still making good amounts of hcg. So while I've hated being sick I also kind of see it as a sign everything is going well. Can you have a beta again to make sure your numbers are doubling? That might help ease your mind. Also are you taking extra folic acid? They told me not to go off my folic acid supplemental till I see the obgyn even though I am also taking a prenatal vit.. How are you feeling after the weekend? I'm sending lots of sticky dust your way!!! :sticky: :sticky:

And lots of :babydustb: :babydustg: :babydustb: :babydustg: to baby dreams, blison and Luna!!!

AFM~ This is was a long weekend. My oldest son is an awesome baseball player he got placed 24th in the top 50 in the state as a sophmore. So this weekend he had an under armour showcase tryout. This is huge deal a pro scout was there and lots and lots of colleges. No one can talk to him at this point b/c he's still a sophmore. But he is generating a lot of interest. The worst part of the day it was hot HOT HOT!!!!!! I was sitting under the shade but some how managed to get a lite sunburn on my chest on Friday afternoon. It was already gone by Saturday morning and wasn't ever painful. Then on Saturday he played again and I got so hot I got sick I was totally in the shade and had a little fan but it was awful. I ended up leaving in the 7th inning. These above 100 degress are hell on a normal person much less a prego one. I'm a little worried b/c we have another big weekend of baseball coming up in Oaklahoma. I'm hoping they are a little cooler than we are since they are a little more north but I doubt it. DH said he's taking me back to the hotel if it's to hot I'll just have to wait it out. He will be playing at Connor State at another one of these showcase events he got invited to. I really want to be able to watch him play. Here's hoping for decent weather.

I had a dream last night I lost the baby needless to say today I am freaking out. I am praying it was just another crazy BAD pg dream. I feel fine not cramping, no spotting etc. Just the same ole sick and tired I've been having. But I've gotten myself worked into an all out freaking out mode this morning. I keep thinking is my body trying to tell me something. My last pg I m/c at 11 weeks. They said the baby never developed past 7-8 weeks. I am 9 weeks today. I'm hoping it's just me being overly worried. Lots of prayers needed just for peace ladies I'm driving myself crazy.
