Hi guys!!!
Welcome Englishgrad and Jessc!! :hi:

Morrigan I was wondering about you glad all is well.
Congrats Blison!!!!!
I knew this was a lucky thread!!!

AFM - we found out last week we are having a boy. Honestly I am excited but I have two boys and I was really hoping for a girl. So I'm having to adjust to being my three sons. What is most important is a healthy baby 10 fingers 10 toes. Over on the January pg board a sweet poster lost her baby she had to deliver she was fully dialated and then was allowed to hold the baby for a while. It quickly puts it into perspective I really just want a healthy baby as we all do. So our little prince William Patrick will arrive in January.

I love this picture from his ultra sound It seems like he's saying Hi mom and dad I'm in here. :D :D
I am feeling great Thank you Jesus it was rough there for a while. School starts Monday I am very over whelmed with back to school stuff. But I know iti'll all quickly fall back into routine.

Good luck ladies on your BFP :babydustb: :babydustg:

How's everyone doing? I'm ready for fall. Not that we get much of one in Florida but I am sick of the heat and humidity.

I am out for this cycle. AF will be here tomorrow and I am debating whether I should still TTC or just go back to NTNP. Either way I guess both of them are stressful. I am about ready to throw in the towel and I don't mean that in a negative way. It just seems that I am always waiting to see what happens and when it doesn't happen it seems like a failure to me. I would rather not feel that way so maybe NTNP wouldn't seem like I'm on the losing end when I get AF cycle after cycle. I don't know. It just seems like I have lost myself in something I have no control over. School is starting up again and I am going to be really busy and I hope to find something to pour myself into that will be positive instead of TTC. Anyone relate?

lunaluna, I can definitely relate to how you are feeling. I feel that AF is on the way for me too. This was my 11th cycle ttc. I have a doctor's appt scheduled for the end of this month and will go from there. I'm also really tired of focusing on all of it, and it can be so consuming.

Here I am trying ttc for just about a whole year. I don't want to feel like I'm losing myself or my life in it. Who knows what my doctor will suggest. I'm assuming he's going to refer me to an RE. My DH already had a SA and I had an ultrasound and blood work done so far. We did this around 7 months ttc. Those tests were all normal, so I have no idea what to anticipate. Could be our age? I'm 33 and he's 39. Some underlying condition we don't know about? blocked tubes? Hostile CM? Could be anything right???? It would be nice to have some answers, and I guess what keeps me going is that I have my appointment soon. At the same time, I don't know that I have the energy for whatever the future process might be.

I've kind of decided to feel appreciative about having a great marriage and I want to focus on appreciating everything I have. This isn't saying that sometimes I feel absolutely horrible. Seeing how easy it is for some people makes me really angry. I think it's normal to have positive and negative emotions about it all.

Kitcat, Best of luck to you! I think you have a great attitude and being appreciative of a great marriage is a good headset. I'm on day 2 of my cycle. I am thinking I am going to NTNP this cycle since I don't have OPK to use anyways.

Hope everyone is doing great. Enjoy the weekend!

Aloha Everyone....New to TTW, 36 TTC first child and wondering if I can join in on your group. Went through a few other groups and felt like I was kinda old compared to others. I guess I would be going on my 4th cycle TTC. New to all the lingo, so please forgive if I get some ofit wrong. :o) My DH is 42, been married almost 9 years, only been trying for around 4 months. Went through a REALLY rocky time a few years back. Sometimes get discouraged seeing other people around me having such an easy time having baby's. Most of them are oopps. Tend to get jealous, but we're only human right. My bff recommended this site as a little pick me up. Anyhoo.....

Good Luck and Aloha to all of you Wahine (woman) out there hoping for a little one.

Welcome Hulahips,
You are definitely welcome here and I understand what you mean about feeling out of place due to age. I'll be 34 in November and DH will be 40 soon as well. I'm starting my 12 month TTC. I've been through all of the emotions so far, especially considering most of my friends have young children or are pregnant. I have a doctor's appointment Monday to see where to go next in our journey. This forum will definitely help, and don't worry about the terms. I've been on this site for awhile and I still get that wrong sometimes.
Welcome!!!

Welcome Hula Hips! Great moniker.

Teaching mom, I just started school on Sept 1st. I sub. teach when they need me (which seems to be about every day) but now that I have a full load of normal work and school, I probably will pass most of this semester. Thanks for asking!

How is everyone?

Hi Everyone!
How is everyone doing? Luna, I teach too. Getting ready to start the school year.
So, my doctor's appointment went well. My doctor was reassuring and told me the next steps we would take. Double checking my blood work 7 days past O and then doing an FSH 3 days after my period starts...which hopefully, it won't.
Then, we'll go from there....
This time last year, I was on my first cycle off the pill :( I remember thinking at the back to school meetings that I would probably be on maternity leave at this point...boo!
Anyway, on Friday day which was either 4 or 5 dpo I had a little pinkish CM. Wonder if that's a sign of anything?

Anyone new get a BFP yet? I am somewhere before O inmy cycle. I don't know my cycle day because I am not keeping track of anything anymore. I just thought I would pop in to see how everyone was doing and offer some encouragement for anyone still trying to TTC.

best of luck
