I feel some weakness and mostly tiredness in these days. I think I need to use some Green supplementsfor my health. Can you suggest some these kinks of supplements for women?

From the second I told my Dr I wanted to start TTC she put me on folic acid. Other than that I'm not on any supplements. I find multivitamins upset my stomach, though I never thought to take them every other day. My ob/gyn did mention if these first 3 cycles don't work he'd likely put me on baby aspirin for future cycles.

I think you should buy supplements or multivitamins or green drink for your better health. There are many multivitamin supplements available in market which gives good results but consult with your doctor once.

The only "extra" supplement I take while TTC is folic acid. I also take krill oil (for Omega 3) and vitamin D supplements. The vit D is due to a deficiency, I live in Norway and during the winter months we don't get enough sunlight for the body to produce sufficient vit D. But the latter two I take even when not TTC, so I guess they don't really count ;)

I've added bone meal powder for calcium to yogurt that I make at home. I've put more beans/lentils/peas/seaweed in my diet every week for their especially high folic acid content. Alaskan Salmon twice a week for DHA. I'm only drinking whole fat dairy, and have eliminated most refined sugar. I walk my dog for 30 minutes everyday for sunlight (vitamin D) and exercise.

I've always been good at eating all sorts of fruits and veggies, so no changes there.

I have successfully traded my morning cup of coffee for rubios tea with cream and honey and now I don't have to worry about wanting another cup, and amazingly my energy has been lasting all day long, without the lag in the early morning and afternoon, which I always had with coffee, which is a good thing.

Daily: vitex (just started it), Iodine, flax seed oil (omega 3), folic acid
About 3 times a week (whenever i remember to take them): multivitamin, propolis

I'm also on a special diet for endometriosis: no sugar, no gluten, no dairy, no red meat and no caffeine. Those last 2 aren't hard on me though, I'm not a big meat eater anyway (maybe fish once every 2 weeks) and don't like coffee much. So my diet is already pretty healthy with lots of veggie and fruit. I do cheat sometimes with chips, cheese or something sweet for example...but overall i try to keep this up. I also rarely drink alcohol (it happens maybe once in 2 years) and never been a smoker.

I'm only taking prenatal vitamins. But if I don't get a BFP this month (first cycle of TTC), then I will add Mucinex or Robitussin because I'm concerned after reading these boards that I seem to have less CM than appears normal!

I take a prenatal with folic acid
Fish oil
Epo
Red raspberry leaf capsules
Probiotics
Vitamin b (deficiency)

You can order vitex online or get it at a herbal store or a health store , the maca root I would assume would be the same but I've not looked into that before
