I understand and I feel the same. I get so frustrated. It seems like everyone is having babies except me. I would be happy with just one, healthy, beautiful baby. My fiancé wants a child, more than me, I think and its incredibly heartbreaking that I can't give him one. I currently just took a test & got a bfn. I could really use a ttc buddy, hope to talk to you soon. Sending babydust your way!

:hugs: Right here! I've been waiting so long.. You start to just think it's never gonna happen.

I'm 36 and have NEVER had a single BFP. Sometimes I get upset and wonder why my body won't do what our bodies are meant to do?!

It's very discouraging.

Sill holding on though.

Hi ladies,

I'm in the same boat. We are going on our 7th month of TTC our first but just had AF show this morning to start our 8th cycle... It'll happen someday, right?

Thanks! It took a bit of a negative spin last night but oh well. It's real, and I wanted it to be that way.

Af is due in the next few days then it will be 1 year Ttc and not one bfp. As a previous poster said its so frustrating not being able to do what our body's are meant to do. Seeing my man hangout with my friends children makes it worse because I just wish I could give him a child of his own...

I feel what you said tryingtobepatient1. In our circle everyone has now got a kid and we end up playing with those babies. And when I see my hubs doing it I feel exactly the same u said - wish I could give him a child of his own :( :(

I know the feeling.. My SIL is having her baby shower tomorrow and she started trying when we did. She got pregnant on the first try "because an app told her to BD then". Seriously? Who gets that lucky? I really don't want to go. I didn't even temp this cycle because it obviously hasn't done me any good. DH and I decided to have a fun cycle where we just have fun and be with each other because the stress kills me. I'm 7dpo today and am hoping I finally get to see the BFP. I just realized that we started NTNP about a year ago and I know almost every month we BD'd during my fertile period to no avail, so... That kind of hit me hard this week, I think...

Ctinaditty- if it's been a year of TTC (even if it was NTNP) you can go see a Dr. about it. I would recommend getting an SA done for DH, and some testing for you to make sure there isn't anything wrong. Go to an RE, not a OBGYN. You don't want to keep trying if there is a reason it's not working, because all the charting in the world can't overcome a physical problem. Good luck!

Currently undergoing fertility testing- DH extremely low motility, me- possibly blocked left tube (but RE is more concerned about motility right now)

kits-Yeah, I just had the realization of that the other day. I actually have an appointment with me OBGYN tomorrow to go over a biopsy I had a couple of months ago and I'm going to bring it up then. I figure, if it's actually been a year of us trying something has to be wrong. Hopefully, it's a simple as boosting sperm count/motility and nothing detrimental. I know I'm ovulating regularly and such, I get plenty of EWCM, so I feel it has to be something like that. That'll kill DH but it's a lot easier to fix than if it's something wrong with me.

Yeah, I have my first appointment with my RE Thursday, and I'm hoping for an easy fix too. I have very regular periods with good CM, positive OPK and normal charts. DH has normal swimmers, so I have no idea what it could be. Let's hope we get some answers soon!
