Managing family members' questions over the holidays

Well, tis the season for the questions! I can hear them already: "So, when are you two going to have a kid?"

How do you plan on answering questions?
Me: 31
DH: 33
TTC #1 since September 2014
Cycle: 27-28 days. LP: 13 days.
1/15: thyroid, prolactin, AMH, LH, FSH blood work all normal
5/15: HSG shows tubes clear, LP progesterone low, DH's SA- poor morphology
7/15: repeat LP progesterone good and confirms O
Pending: RE consult

My personal plan is to say: "We've actually been trying for almost two years now. So we're ready to welcome a gift when God is ready for us to have one!"

Usually they don't have much to say after that.

Some people don't want others to know they're trying, but I'm kind of an open book. It's easier to be honest for me than to keep secrets.
