It's gets expensive if you're trying for a longgggg time, I stopped using opks now that I'm temping cuz it just gives you a better read. And I don't take hpts anymore unless my period is late. Grapefruit juice is AWESOME for ewcm(and for you in general).

A regular temperature works perfectly fine. BBTs just give a .00 reading as opposed to a regular that gives a .0 reading. No big deal and it still gets the job done. :)

Sounds like you're ready to go!! Baby Dustt to youuuu!! :happyforyou:

Thanks, BabyJayne! Baby dust to you, too!

It's funny how tired I've been today. I was supposed to go for a run in the morning, but I felt so tired I went straight to bed after having breakfast (I still wake up when DH does). Didn't fall asleep right away, but when I did, I slept for 1.5 hours or so :O The nap didn't seem to help, though, and I barely managed to go buy groceries and walk the dog.

Now I'm waiting for the hubby to come home, and for some energy for cooking dinner...

I usually don't take naps unless I'm ill.

How's everyone doing today?

I've napped 3x in the last 2 days but I'm just attributing that to traveling.

Find stuff to keep you busy !!
My boyfriend work over 40hrs a week and I stay home(we live in a foreign country where I'm not fluent in the language so it's been IMPOSSIBLE to find work.)
I usually do a couple of cleaning things a day to take up time.
We have a dog so I'll take him outside to play 1-2x a day.
I play video games I know will take up a lot of time.
I watch series on Netflix or documentaries that take up a few hrs.

Before you know it the day is done !!
The TWW can be so stressful but just remember it's worth it.
Try not to symptom spot bcuz it will absolutely drive you insane.

No problem !
Also looking up recipes that require a lot of prep or cooking that requires a lot of attention helps too.

Shopping seems to help, too. :) A couple of hours just flew by without thinking about TTC, which is surprising.

I took the early detection HPT this morning (as I tend to be impatient, LOL), and got a BFN... Not sure if it was just too early or if I'm just not pregnant. Trying to have some hope until AF shows up (due on Friday), but feeling pessimistic. My daytime temps are way up, though (around 37C, and usually my temp stays below 36C), so I'm confused, too. Don't feel ill at all. (Just got a new regular thermometer since I didn't want to stick the old one in my mouth after it's been used as an under arm thermometer, LOL. I haven't been temping at the same time in the mornings, so it's irrelevant, I think.)

How's everyone doing?

4kk4- it's funny how easy we all thought it was going to be isn't it? I thought pregnancy was lurking behind every hot make out. I think about the wasted money on condoms!

Waiting- any news?

Hopeful- when I get too far inside my head, I work out until I'm too tired to think. It's a temporary, but effective distraction. Or shopping like Wakasa said!

Well, my temps dropped to my normal level of 35.x C... So I know I'm out. AF is due tomorrow. Luckily we're going on a short trip abroad, so I'll have something else to focus on...

FX for everyone!

Hey girls! Just spent a while catching up on this thread, that was fun! I am currently 2DPO, trying to hold off until Father's Day to test.....a BFP would just make me soooo happy! I am not charting, just used OPK's. Looking for buddies! I'm new at this..TTC'ing #1 since May 2015 :)

So does anyone have any cute ideas for telling your SO or family? I've had how I'm going to tell him for months planned and ready! Now I just need the BFP to go with it! Anyone else already thinking about this?

Hi caseyjeanwilk. I totally have a cute onsie ready since I thought I was preggers a few months back. Lol Not sure how I'm going to give it to him though. Would probably help if I had a BFP lol.

On another note, I'm freaking out, more so in an annoyed way. I have been EXTREMELY bloated these past two days. I'm not sure if it's from some antibiotics I've been taking or what. I usually never bloat during ovulation, but if I do its nowhere near as bad as this. Plus I have some random back pains, mostly mid back (I assume it's way too early for pregnancy symptoms since I'm still ovulating and the back pains are mid back as opposed to lower) but if these are baby signs then fine with me! Thoughts?
