Newbie saying hello :)

Postby HopingToBeThree » Mon Nov 09, 2015 7:03 pm

Hello! We've been TTC since April and I just decided to join a board. It's hard to talk about it with people who aren't living it themselves. I've had two other friends get pregnant since we started to try while I'm still waiting for that BfP.

I am pretty sure I just had a chemical pregnancy. I was feeling very symptomatic for a week before AF and then had an 8 day period with very heavy bleeding. I'm torn because we were seemingly so close.

Anyway I'm here looking for a buddy as we work through this. We are all in this together. :)

Welcome to the boards!!
TTC can be very taxing at times but also very rewarding :)
Hopefully that BFP isn't too far away now.
Do you use OPKs or temp at all?

I tried OPKs a few months but never got any real ovulation indicator. I've been temping for two months now and slowly seeing patterns. I had irregular periods after going off BC so I feel like we have only been truly trying or so I keep telling myself.

Hi!

OPKs also don't seem to work for me. Been charting with the "Ovagraph" app for a few months also.

Good luck!

Have you read the book, "Taking charge of your fertility?", by Toni Weschler?

It's a great book that helps you understand your fertility symptoms. The "Ovagraph" app is the companion app to the book.

Any other way I can help, just say. I've read quite a few fertility books before ttc.

Have a great day!
