FQ, can't wait to test on Wednesday! I'll use FMU and update afterwards with my results.

Maybebabyboo, I am 8 DPO today and have had weird boob sensations and similar shooting pains down there. I'm worried AF is at work, but I know it can be difficult to tell the difference. Convinced myself driving home tonight this meant I was preggers, ugh.

Good luck testing tomorrow, LuckyLani!

Hi ladies, mind if I join?

I'm 8dpo today. TTC #1 for 16months.

I posted in tww symptoms...my acupuncturist thinks I'm preggo!

I've been having dull af type cramps yesterday and today...out of the norm for me. No other sx's. Feeling wet down there but no excess amounts of cm which is normal.
Sore bbs usually start around 9/10 dpo so that won't give me any clues.

Hoping to hold out to test Saturday morning (12dpo) AF due Tuesday.

Bit of heartburn today

Eeeeekkk!!!

Hey Blondie,

When I had the trigger shot it was gone out of my system when I tested 9dpo. I'd say that if you tested any day now and got a second line it would be a :bfp:

When do your temps usually drop? They might stay high for a couple more days yet until (but hopefully not) af is due to arrive.

Fingers Crossed for you :jump:

Ooh that's exciting, I might test tonight then in that case or tomorrow morning...

I have a short LP so AF is normally here by now, if she is not here tomorrow she is a day late...could the progesterone cream be causing my temps to stay high?

Oh yes it is definitely the progesterone, or your soon to be bfp, keeping your temps high.
I'm assuming you have a hcg blood test scheduled for 13dpo?
If it negative you'll be told to stop the progesterone and af will arrive the in next day or so

If you do test use first morning, this early you'll most likely get a bfn if you test later in the day :)

I don't have an HCG blood test booked for 13DPO, he just told me to test if AF was late and for me late is tomorrow...

Would I see a BFP tomorrow if that was the case or is it better to wait a bit longer?

Your very welcome.

Well you see the progesterone will stop af from arriving even if your not preggo. If you have conceived it could be too early for you for a bfp to show up. Some women get positives as early as 8/9dpo and some as late as 16dpo! (But from what I know that late is rare)

The reason for 13dpo is that the result will be 99% accurate either way. If negative then you will stop the progesterone. If its a false negative...well af wont come :)

If your eager to test go ahead but don't count yourself out until 13dpo :)

Thanks so much for this...I think if AF won't show until I stop the progesterone, I will wait until 13DPO....as I only have FRERs and don't want to waste a test.

Hope my temp doesn't start to go down though, as then I will know I am out. Will progesterone stop my temps dropping too?

Your temps look great btw.

I think it depends on how much progesterone your using. It will keep temps up but if they drop as a result of af I'm pretty sure you'll start spotting then too.

I know, my chart has never looked this good, my acupuncturist thinks I'm preggo due to my cramps and this months chart. I really hope he's right! I have one Internet cheapie and 3 frer's from a multi pack. My temps don't drop until 12dpo so if it's still up Saturday I'm whipping out the frer, if it's down i'll use the ic for peace of mind.

I know the cramps arent in my head this time. After 16 months it's just so hard to beleive I might be getting my :bfp:

I am only use a small amount of internet bought natural progesterone cream externally. I am so scared to take my temperature everyday in case it drops. But even having a longer LP would be a step in the right direction for me.

That's great news that your acunpunturist thinks you are pregnant, I really hope she is right and you get your BFP on Saturday.
