Thats not surprising. Most doctors (here anyway) dont want to see you until 8-10 weeks unless youre high risk.

Ugh that stinks. The nurse said I might have to change to progesterone vaginally eek. That’s gonna suck. The doctor is on vacation so she might be calling me on Monday and might have an appointment earlier.

It went good! No exam so that was nice but no Doppler or ultrasound either :( got my blood work done...super fun lol scheduled our genetic testing for 12/11 and my next prenatal is 12/18. How long after the genetic test did you know the gender Kat??

Aww too bad no ultrasound. I’m hoping my doctor calls me early next week to push my appointment up or at least tell me what I need to do with progesterone.

My tests are getting darker that’s awesome. This nausea is no joke. I can definitely tell the difference between the nausea I would come up with in my head and the real deal. I’m also very bloated. I can’t believe it’s happening so early. It makes me feel better though. And it’s all day.

Lynsey-'it took one week from the time they took my blood to the time we had the genetic tests back. Are you doing the harmony test? That's the one I did.

Isabel- share some progression pics! And yes the nausea can start right off the bat and it sucks

So now Im not sure what testing it is lol The doctor called it "first trimester screen" so I dont know if that can tell me the gender or not. If it cant then I probably wont bother with it. The only reason I had him schedule it was because I thought I'd get to find out the gender lol

Isabel my best nausea advice for you is small frequent meals, ginger, preggy pop drops, and peppermint. If its really bad, unisom and b6 help too!

It’s not too bad it’s just all day. As soon as I wake up until late at night. It’s gets better when I eat but then 5 mins later it’s there again. Where do you get the preggy pops?

I’ll have to go there If it gets too bad.

I think yesterday josh finally believed it. He’s been rubbing my belly and asking how I feel. I even talked to him a little more about pregnancy after the shock wore off. I told him about having a Christmas announcement. He’s very private and he’s a little hesitant about and thinks it’ll jinx the baby. I told him I’ll be almost 10 weeks by then and he’s said how. You just found out so I hade to explain you start counting from your last period. I told him he needs to start researching so he knows how all this works. Maybe I’ll buy him a book for Christmas.

I bought Patrick pregnancy for men books for when we had Nate lol I wish I could remember the names of them! They were obviously written for men so he was more willing to read them. And they took a comical approach so it wasnt all "business".

Would you ladies be interested in making a "secret" group on facebook or even just a facebook chat for the three of us, rather than posting in here?? I figure now that we're all preggers, maybe we shouldnt be posting in here anymore lol Plus I just find facebook to be easier in general (photos etc) but that might just be me. If not, thats totally fine, just thought I'd throw it out there!

I’m all in for the Facebook group. Don’t know how to do it since I️ don’t really use it too often.

Today is 14dpo.
