Ovulation and waiting!

Postby Pepper68 » Sun May 20, 2018 2:43 pm

Hello all!

Im just gonna get right into it, i have pcos and have irregular cycles naturally. Started taking my metformin like clock work then bought fertilaid as well.

8Jan18 - normal period
Feb - no period
March - no period
April - no period finally on max prescribed dose of metformin/started using fertilaid around 28th
10May - first period since January! Lasted 5 days
15 - negative OPK (I use clear blue digital) only started testing early to see if I can track my cycle
16 May - negative OPK
18 May - flashing smiley face!! “High fertility window” did the deed with SO
19May - flashing smiley!! “High fertility window”
20 May - solid smiley face!! “Peak fertility window” did the deed with SO and now he is gone for California for the next 5 weeks :( ..... I have been having some on/off cramping on my right side.

Would I be considered in the 2 week wait or do I wait until after 21May to be in the 2 week wait??

I’m really hoping this wait doesn’t make me go insane! Hahaha

Hopefully someone out here can help keep me company!!

If you reached peak fertility on the 20th, today is likely O day (those cramps you felt were likely the follicle getting swollen and ready to burst!) I'd start counting 1dpo tomorrow. Good luck!

Well, interesting Pepper68. You kept a clear check and balance in your chart. I looked at your chart and think that you should wait for 21st May. Only 1 day will not affect your journey. I am saying this because sometimes our period's delay. Wait for 1 day and then again do a home test. If the home test turns out to be positive, then you are absolutely pregnant. This can also be suggested by your physical body conditions.
