Weightloss before TTC #2!

Hi everyone x

I am back on this site which I loved whilst ttc our DS, he will be 2 in October & my husband and I are thinking of TTC our 2nd but in order to do so I have realised that I need to lose about 48lbs and start exercising.

Just wanted to say hi & wish me luck!!

Also, if you have any tips for healthy weight loss then please let me know!

For my weight loss I started taking exercise classes, kickboxing in particular. Extremely helpful after a stressful day haha.

Its free & easy and calculates all the calories consumed n the exercise you did...essensially keep you on check with what u put in your mouth. Even I will start trying for #2 & wanna loose weight. have started Yoga n My fitness pal. All the best
