I will keep my FX for you.

I am having a complete breakdown over tomorrow. I am so scared at this point. If tomorrow goes badly, my chances of having a baby naturally are none =(. That fact kind of just hit me and it terrifies me.

HSG went okay, right tube is showing clear. I got the lecture about it not showing the scar tissue that could be around my ovary, but he seemed happy with how my tube looked. Go back next week to see if I am going to ovulate on the right side or not. He said of all months, this would be the best if I can just get an O from the right side. So FX.

Hope your appointment goes well today, RK!!

While work sucks this week (gah- everyone wants something from me that's either already been given to them or isn't my job!!), this has been a great week personally- I feel "normal" again and I feel like I've really gotten to know my body. When we first went off BC earlier this year, I felt O pains on CD 10-12ish and figured that was it, but with temping and CM tracking I realize that's just the preamble. So now I know to get ready to get down when I feel the pains, but that O is a few days away.

Plus, I'm super excited about this, I'm getting tons of EWCM this cycle- last cycle, my first after m/c, I didn't feel like I was which made me feel really broken and defeated. This time around it feels a lot more normal. So, needless to say, we've been bd'ing like crazy. So far, CD 10, 11, 12 and 13 (eek!) and then we'll go again tomorrow for the grand finale (CD 15). Hopefully that'll do it, if not it'll be baby making time over DH's birthday week/weekend...so he'll be in for a treat!

I am so excited for you Eri!! It's definitely important to feel "in sync" and "normal" again I think. I feel the same way this time around, which helps I imagine. We started every other day starting CD 10, so I am planning tonight, CD 12, then CD 14, 15, 16, 17 probably. I figure worst case as long as it is every other day around O time I should be covered.

And you're right about O. I always get pains around CD 10 to 14, and then I usually seem to O sometime after the pains have stopped. Usually within 1 to 2 days it seems. My cramping started up again yesterday and my appointment confirmed what I thought. Went in for my CD 12 bloodwork and ultrasound, results were AWESOME! I have 2 15mm follicles, one on EACH OVARY! I wanted to leap off the table and scream I was so excited. Right now just waiting to get my estradiol bloodwork results back to make sure they are on track for my LH surge. RE thinks I should O in 3 to 4 days and thinks it should be both sides. Not sure, but I think he might call me back to see if they both go, or just 1 side does. So I am crossing everything this month.

Either way it was like a weight had been lifted when I heard him measure my right ovary and then say "many follicles, less than 10, one dominant measuring 15mm". Then repeat the same for the left side. Just knowing my right ovary is back and functioning after the surgery was a huge relief for me.

I totally feel you on the work front as well, same story at my office =(.

Thanks hun! I am excited too! Got the call back and I go back in on the 4th for an ultrasound and bloodwork. We also have to have "relations" the night before =p. I asked about tonight and she was like, OH! Yes, tonight is fine too, the Dr said as much as possible over the next few days. So FX. I really REALLY hope my right follicle is my winner if nothing else :D!

Bah. No BD'ing this AM, which was likely our last chance...I blame myself, I got paranoid I o'd early after a bottle of wine caused a temp spike to post-O levels. Think I made us BD too early, too much. So frustrated now. DH's like next month, next month, but I'm tired of saying next month. I know it hasn't been long, but this isn't fun anymore. I'm tired of constantly second guessing everything I do and stressing out over every little "symptom."

Wait you go back in on the 4th?!?! That's insanely awesome! It's great that they'll make accomodations for a holiday (just processed all of this...it's been a long, exhausting week).

Awww Eri! Don't let it get you down already! I think that is the one saving grace I have had all of this time. I don't get mad if we miss a night, etc. Yes, we're trying to make a baby, but we also need to be able to enjoy each other and satisfy our needs for each other without making it uncomfortable for either of us. Don't let the baby making hurt the connection you have with your DH. I know it is easier said then done, but it's important!

And yeah, the 4th =P. His office is open every single day except Thanksgiving and Christmas day I believe. He also gives you his personal cell phone to call after hours if you have problems or an emergency. He told me he has always run his office like that because my cycle doesn't stop for the holidays or weekends.

I know, it's just frustrating. I am just tired of waiting and stressing every month. I'm a very organized person (ok, maybe a bit of a control freak), so this entire situation just stresses me out. I just feel exhausted by all the info, too, even though it has helped. I mean like we discussed, I know my o=pains mean o is coming not it's here, but still. I'm tired of the questions of when and all that jazz. It's not like we don't want it. We're trying people! Dear lord, I'm incredibly emotional today!!

That's really awesome! GL tomorrow!

Awwww! I know all too well the stress and song and dance and that everything is easier said than done :D! I will probably have my DH's family reunion to go to this month, and that is always just awesome. We're the only ones without kids, so we get endlessly harassed. At this point I am just nasty about it. I told DH this year I might take a donation jar and tell each person who asks me a dumb question about TTC, or makes a comment about us having kids should have to pay for it. I refuse to go hide in the bathroom and cry to myself about it anymore, they all need to see how much it hurts me to constantly be bothered about it.
