I recently had my second miscarriage, started bleeding on June 15 so about two weeks ago.. Does anyone know how soon you can get pregnant again after a miscarriage?

I think it depends. Some Dr will say that you should wait for one AF cycle, some will say 3 AF cycle, some say you can try right away. It also depends on how far along you are and if you MC naturally or via D&C.

When I had my first MC at 7 weeks (naturally), I was told to wait at least 1 AF cycle. Then I got pregnant after that and MC again at 5 weeks. This time, I decided not to wait since it's very early and I had a complete natural MC, I am pregnant again the next cycle and now going for 25 weeks pregnant.

My last MC was Jan 1st, 2014 (earlier this year). I think some will categorize it as chemical as my HCG level never really progress and I didn't get to see any ultrasound or progression. I didn't wait a cycle and got pregnant right away because I had a complete MC (expelling all the clots) and my HCG level went back down to zero a week after my MC. I got my BFP 5 weeks after my MC without any AF in between,

On the first one, I was further along, I waited for 1 cycle then got pregnant afterward (which ended up in my 2nd MC).

Yea this last one my first level was at 86 not sure how far along I was, then two days later it was at 58 but I had already bled the week before my levels were at zero a week later as well I started bleeding on the 15 and just stopped on the 27 but it was totally natural

I think 86 should be fairly early (unless you have a slow rising beta). Maybe somewhere around 4 weeks? My HCG was around 74 at 13 DPO (3 weeks 6 days) so 86 shouldn't be too far along (early miscarriage or chemical).

I believe the general consensus (from what I've seen in here), you can safely try again the next cycle for a CP (chemical pregnancy). I am a believer that if your body is ready, you will get pregnant again. If it's not ready, then it won't. I am so sorry for your loss and best of luck in the next cycles.
