Pcos - ovulate monthly

Postby Erene87 » Sun Dec 08, 2013 10:12 pm

I was diagnosed with pcos since 23 and already a mum of 1 ( before my pcos ). Ever since, I start to bring my weight down and am now 56kg considered as healthy weight. I started to ovulate monthly since last year and u period comes monthly too. Recently am trying hard for another one but still failed. Starting taking folic acid this month to see if it helps. Still anyone facing this problem ? 3dpo - feeling heartburn, sore boobs and nipple , drowsy.
Appreciated if there any experienced mummies with pcos to enlighten me!

My biggest pcos helper is Vitamin D. I take 3000 units a day, and it's the only reason I ovulate as regularly as I do. It helps with the drowsiness too. :)
