can you relate??

Postby tiffne » Sat Jan 11, 2014 5:12 pm

I have not yet been tested for pcos but have been talking to one of the girls from this forum and she had mentioned mayb it could be pcos. To make a long story short, this being my longest cycle ever (normally ranging between 37-43 days), Im on cd72. On cd63 I had some light pink brownish discharge. This happened for a few days on and off. It got a bright red in color for two days and now its dark red for the last two days. No clots, whatsoever. Im assuming this is breakthrough bleeding due to no sign of a clear temp shift throughout this cycle. Anywho for the last 4 days ive been getting positive opks and with my temp drop yesterday im thinking this might be it. Is it even possible to O during breakthrough bleeding?? Im wondering if any of you have experienced anything like this before? Any opinion/advice on pcos would be so greatly appreciated!

I sometimes get light af/spotting with no clotting and count it as af you can get spotting with ovulation and as your cervix is open for ovulation I'd assume it's possible to have break through bleeding and ovulate. Good luck hun!

Thanks for your reply! I ended up getting my temp rise but look how high it is! No sign of being ill but still spotting?
