Recently being diagnosed with this PCOS, I'm reading up a lot of posts here on what successfully pregnant women with PCOS did...and one lady in particular said that she used Omega 3 as well as Vit C supplements to naturally boost her progesteron...I will definitely try this.

So I should take Omega 3 after O?
Me - Thully - 34 - Diagnosed with PCOS(because of hormonal imbalance) by gynae in Jan 2014
Dh - Jimmy - 54 - has 4 children from previous marriage (Incl twins)
TTC #1 together, for 16 cycles
