I was diagnosed with pcos earlier this year and have taken steps to naturally treat it with an awesome Doctor. I've struggled with hormone imbalance and fertility issues for years. In spite of that I've been able to conceive four children using herbs and alternative methods. My youngest will be two in December and hubby and I have decided to start trying for baby #5. I'm hoping it won't take as long this time since I've been treating the pcos for awhile. I also recommend the book woman code by Alissa Vitti. She cured her pcos naturally and conceived against all odds. Any other gals in my boat and starting their ttc journey for the first time or again?

Oh it's so good to hear from you again! How fun to be starting this journey together again!!

Why do you have to take next off?

I'm in a friends wedding and it would put my due date just before so I wouldn't have time to recover if I did. Doubting I would get pg next month anyways though.

That could happen! You never know!

I'm TTC#1 and also found out about having PCOS earlier this year
Just heading into my TWW actually. Really, really hoping this is my month, we have been trying on and off for nearly 2 years. I wanted to spend the majority of this year after finding out about the pcos getting my weight and nutrition more in line in hopes of getting this BFP naturally. Wishing you lots of baby dust for #5!!

Thanks Krissaten! Same to you! I'm at the start of my cycle so still bleeding. Going to be trying the shettles method for a girl since my oldest really wants a sister (she's got three brothers) we'll see how it all turns out!

I wasn't sure what that was so I googled - wow, I didn't even know that was a thing! You'll have to let us know down the line if it worked for you
In that case, sending you PINK baby dust lol! I've always had a feeling I'll have a girl, but I'm sure hubby is pretty much 100% Team Boy, so I'll let the cards fall where they may. I just want a happy, healthy baby

I'll definitely be happy with a healthy baby boy as well. Sure would be fun to have a girl again

I agree, girls are so much fun. Especially to shop for - there's a much bigger selection of clothes for girls vs boys! I feel like I buy my nephews the same things every year for Christmas but that's all I ever find! We have twice as many boys/nephews in our families than girls, so I think there's at least a couple other relatives hoping I get a girl if/when I get preggers
You only have one girl out of 4?

Yes. My eldest is a girl, followed by three boys. She really wants a sister and hubby and I would love another daughter.

I'm hoping for a girl for the next one too but will be happy either way. Pretty sure we won't be able to do more than 2.

Why is that B?

I found out after my son I have a collagen disorder. Postpartum was hell and it seems pregnancy wreaked havoc on my hip joints and lower back. It took me 3 months for my episiotomy stitches to fuse so I could even sit and I'm still in weekly physio. I doubt my body would handle more than 2.
