recovering from Lap, 1 dpo, ttc since 2008

Hi ladies,
I have been ttc since feb 2008, we have a 4 yr old little girl now, and I only wanted a 2 yr age difference, so we started ttc in 08. Never in a million years would I imagine it take this long or that I had so many problems. I went on clomid in may 2010, and nothing. I started having horrible pain in my left side all the time, felt like i was ovulating 24/7. My doc suggested I have a lap because it hurt during my exam, and it hurts during bd. I had my surgery yesterday. He told my husband I had endo on both ovaries, and some more spots also, that I had something on my small intestines, but my husband cant remember what he called it. My follow up is nov 4th, I start ovulating on the 28th, curious if my cycle will still be the same or if everything is out of wack now?

I've been TTC #1 since 2008 and I never thought we would ever be trying for a 2012 baby, at least not for our first still! I had my lap that diagnosed my stage 2 endo (only on uterus) April 2010. I think my surgery fell on CD 11 and I O'd normally on CD 17 or 18 so for me it didn't change at all. A few months after my lap my cycles went nuts and I started having long unpredictable cycles, but I can't say that was directly related... Hopefully the lap and removal of the endo was all you needed to help you get pregnant!

thanks for the reply, I have been curious what will happen, I am having the heartburn, gagging and wanting to vomit thing and I'm 11 dpo if I ovulated normal, and 3 weeks post op, so we played it really close, but man I just feel so sick. Wondering if it is from the lap or what, but I wasnt that bad after surgery so idk what to think :/
