What is better
Trying to regulate ones period by inducing ovulation thru clomid (which supposedly puts things in place in terms of irregular whacky periods) n trying naturally

I'd say talk to your doctor because those are two VERY different options. I think FET has a higher success rate than anything you'd do with Clomid, but it's probably more expensive too. And I know nothing about antibody issues.

I would think an FET would be better because just like IVF the sperm and egg are fertilized outside of the body right? So that would avoid the antibody issue right?

Im not really that familiar with that problem, but im thinking unless they have some medicine for you to take to prevent that being an issue- Clomid wont help with the fertiliztion process that could be the issue
