I'm almost positive I'm ovulating now, opk is still very positive. I will test in couple of weeks.
This is the longest cycle ever.
How is everybody else doing ?

Hey, don't mind me jumping in here!! I just started Femara yesterday for my first time. I'm just curious, have you ladies all had multiple lh surges with each cycle of Femara? I'm now convinced that will happen to me (and confuse me) as well, because last month on my natural cycle, I had 2 solid smileys in 1 cycle, and a total of about 10 days of flashing smiles. I thought maybe I just had a consistently high lh level due to pcos (common for pcos) but now my cheapie opk is totally negative, so I guess not. I was hoping the Femara would clear up the confusion but I shouldn't have my hopes up too high it seems.

Momma, huge congrats on your bfp!!!

Welcome! I can only speak for myself but I know a few of us had multiple lh surges with our first round of Femara. The one thing that stuck out to me was the ovulation pain I had with my second surge which confirmed to me that I was actually ovulating that time. But I BDed every evening just to be sure. I also used PreSeed and kept my hips elevated for at least 30mins afterwards. Hope this helps. :-)

I plan on using preSeed this month, and the past 2 months, I also elevated my hips for 15 minutes after each bd. I've heard it doesn't really make a difference, but hey, it's easy enough to do, so why not!!
I actually don't know what O pain feels like for sure. I was on bc pills for 10 years up until October 2014, and I'm still uncertain whether or not I've actually ovulated since then. Maybe this cycle I'll feel something I've never felt before!? Thanks for the response!

Emily, how did you finally confirm ovulation after so many positive OPKs? Were you temping, being monitored? Fingers crossed that you'll get your bfp next week!!!

I'm on cd9 today. Took my last Femara last night.hoping to ovulate by Saturday. Cheapie opk was very close to positive today. Starting clear blue digi advanced opk tomorrow. I just had acupuncture, so hopefully that along with the Femara will give me good ovulation soon!

Yes, I was temping, for the first time this cycle and thanks God I did, never expected femara will make my cycle longer and crazy.
I hope it was all worth it.
I had a big glob of CM today, but that could be due to starting progesterone suppositories last night .
Keep me posted how everything goes with you and lot's of baby dust ♡

I wish I could get the progesterone suppositories this cycle, because I think I may have ovulated last cycle, but my temp shift was veryyy slow, and not very big. But it was there! I think if this cycle doesn't work, I'm going to definitely ask to be monitored next cycle, and ask about progesterone if I get a very slight/slow rise.

I'm going crazy here. Today was my 7th day with dark positive double line opk. 5th day with a blinking smile on the digital opk. No temp shift. We've bd'd with preSeed the past 5 nights, but I think we may take a break tonight. I'm cycle day 16 now. This surge has lasted forever. Yesterday I had pinching in right ovary almost all day, and today, hardly anything at all. I just want to start the tww already!!!

TUA- how frustrating! I know Femara made a lot of us have many surges and that is beyond confusing. Maybe yesterday the pinching you had was ovulation? Don't give up!
Emily- Don't give up until AF shows especially with all the whacky cycles you've had. I've heard lots of positive IUI stories..
Good Luck to you ladies...I've enjoyed sharing stories with both of you!
