Things are quiet... too quiet?

Postby bumblebee88 » Mon Apr 24, 2017 3:02 pm

This is month 11 TTC for me. The last couple of months TTC were exhausting mentally, emotionally, physically, everything, so this month my husband and I decided to let it be.... and it has turned out to be a VERY quiet cycle... which worries me.

I am CD 25 on a regular 30 day cycle. O day regularly comes on CD 17/18. I typically experience annoying Mittelschmerz then get tender breasts right on 1DPO that swell and get increasingly painful until around 9DPO.... now NOTHING! Being CD 25 I should be 7-8 DPO right now. I should have big painful balloon boobs or gas or bloating or light cramping or SOMETHING!!!

Anyone ever have a quiet cycle before out of the blue?? Was everything ok?

I have, I always get swollen boobs before AF from around 4-5dpo but I have had cycles where there was nothing until around 11-12dpo- hormones are crazy things lol and like to play around with us, I'm sure all is fine, also symptoms that aren't the norm for you (or lack of symptoms!) could also point towards bfp, good luck :)

With my first I had practically no symptoms until dpo 12 when I tested and got a positive. The other months, I had loads of symptoms and always bfn. Anything out of the ordinary I look at as a good sign. Good luck!

I am 99% sure that I am not pg. I can count on one hand the number of times DH and I DTD this cycle-- the closest to expected O date was a whole 6 days before!

I am 2 days to expected AF. Still no sore bbs, no cramping, no bloating, no low energy... I do have ONE symptom as of today which is increased milky/creamy CM. I always get that a couple days before AF.

I am really just hoping AF shows up on time and that I didn't O late or not at all or something! This was supposed to be a relaxing off cycle for DH and I, not a weird cycle that adds to the overwhelming feeling that we're not fertile.

AF did not show up today.

Still NOTHING going on with my body to suggest either pg or AF. Going to wait a few days to POAS

AF Late, BFN and Pos OPK... Help!

Postby bumblebee88 » Sun Apr 30, 2017 1:41 pm

Update: CD 31, AF was due yesterday. Cracked and POAS with FMU... BFN. Curious, used same FMU for OPK. It was an instant very dark positive OPK. I STILL do not have any symptoms, PMS or otherwise. I came up with a few scenarios:

1) I O'd lated and the +opk is a pre AF estrogen surge meaning AF will show by maybe Wednesday or Thursday

2) I O'd really, really, really late, like CD 30-31 and I'm in for an incredibly long cycle of like 42-43 days

3) I am pregnant but it's too early for a BFP and the opk is pos bc there's a corpus luteum supporting a baby.

What the heck? I am going to TRY really, really hard not to waste all of my HPTS and wait until next Sat or Sun which would be CD 37 or 38.

Midweek update: still no AF. I expected AF 4 days ago!

Things are still quiet as I'm not experiencing my usual PMS symptoms. Yesterday I had some very light cramping/tenderness on the sides of my breasts and ovaries. It was random and passed in a few minutes. My nipples seem to be more... erect than usual. I am also having SO MUCH milky watery CM and had to lay down after work last night.

It's difficult to know if I'm imagining all this, if it's normal, if I ovulated late or not at all, or if I am pregnant. Hoping for a BFP this weekend, but I am very scared for a disappointment.

Also, this last month DH and I actually "took off" from TTC. I didn't track or opk or anything and was quite relaxed and not stressed or sick at all, so it's quite crazy!

I am still stuck in limbo unfortunately ):

Today is CD 48 and still no sign of AF. Last BFN was on CD 44, yes with FMU.

Today is CD 59. I saw my DR on CD 49. She did a urine test and it was BFN. She ordered labs for me to check for PCOS and a metabolic panel too. I only just made it to labs yesterday to get it done. Unfortunately, I think I have PCOS which was probably masked while on Depo.
