New here, chart advice?

Postby Greensmoothie » Mon Apr 18, 2016 11:43 am

Hi everyone!

I'm 13DPO and afraid to test because BFN break my heart. I'm probably grasping at straws, but I'm struggling so much to relax and with my temp drop this morning, I feel so discouraged. We are going on 9 months of TTC, so the TWW isn't new, but never easy. Has anyone had a temp drop and still get BFP?

Thank you for your advice and support!

Hi!

A temp drop can happen with implantation. I didn't have it personally, but have read that it can happen before implantation.

It can also happen before spotting, which happened for me.

So what happened?

And some chart advice, looking at your chart, I'd say you ovulated on CD 14.

This is because there is a set of lows and a set of highs.

Why is your temp so high on CD 8?

FYI, your fertile period is from CD 8 to 15. You should BD every second day in this period and every day you see wet or egg-white.

It also helps to BD after ovulation to ensure implantation.
