Many congrats on your pregnancy. I own a Doppler and can hear my babies at 8 weeks two days. BUT.... It takes forever to find it, it's so faint that I can either hear glimpses and not see the reading on the screen or can only see the reading and not hear it. It's like that until 10 weeks and then I can find it easier. It tajes a long time of trying and even when you do, just changing the angle even slightly you have to look for it again. You can rent dopplers online.
I'm really sorry to hear about your losses. That hurts so bad. I've been reading about natural progesterone cream. They say it's too low in older women and can cause repeated miscarraiges. If your luteal phase is shorter, that's a sign of low progesterone. The placenta takes over making it at 12 weeks so you're supposed to use it until then. You can buy it over the counter (here, US) or online. You may want to check into that if you haven't already. I don't know the dosages yet, still trying to figure that out.
Congrats on your baby and wishing you many blessings.
