Thx. Even with this I tend to be a perfectionist. Lol. Being reminded the games not up is helpful. :)

Happy Thanksgiving everyone (to those that celebrate Thanksgiving) :)

Busy day today trying to get everything ready for the 20 people coming to our house tomorrow. I hope you all have a great day and remember even though we are in the "throws" of TTC remember to look each person in the eye that is with you tomorrow and be thankful they are in your life. :)

I am a bit frustrated today... I was so nervous about what this mornings temp would be that I did not sleep well and was awake about 2 hours early this morning.... I didnt get up or move but I lied there letting my mind go into over load. :x My temp was up just a hair this morning, but really, not sure what to make of that since I was awake and took it 2 hours early........UGH. I did test this AM and it showed a STARK WHITE BFN....... Big shock. I had already given myself a pep talk before I took the test to not be dissapointed if it was negative..... So now I will wait for AF to come and start this "ground hogs dog feel" all over again......

Hugs to you all...

Momof2girls- glad you did so you can get some answers. Chances are very good that they were just bad eggs. We had the full work up with genetic counselor after the loss of DS. Many cases like ours dont make it past early pregnancy and are never diagnosed as anything but a mc. They determined it was not anything with DH nor I. I was also given the stats of just a 1% increase in risk of reoccurrence not beginning until age 42. Amazing how they come up with these numbers. We have no higher risks now than we did when we conceived a perfectly healthy little girl. Hope it goes well for you!

Welcome Noregrets, my RE saud the exact same thing and I took it EXTREMELY hard but being on this forum there are many women who concieve in their 40s. I said to myself, that is the default "medical canned speech" that all docs use when they no longer have an answer for why you are not pregnant after x amount of treatments when you are over 40. I am seeing a fertility naturopath now and trying that way.

AFM, I am on CD7 waiting for BD marathon and to O (usually CD15).

Welcome to the new members!

DH and I had a rough few days with 'life happening' so this is probably not our month. Now the waiting begins and I can't even test til we're on vacation in FL. Don't know if I can ride the rides or not... :(

Hello everyone. I scanned the threads but there is just so much going on that I will begin mostly tracking from here forward so pls don't feel slighted if I don't mention you specifically. :)

Tiff - I did notice your signature. I am so, so very sorry. Damn. I hope that you have a clean D&C (they didn't get everything at one of mine) and take some much needed time for yourself. I will be thinking and praying for you. I know how very much you wanted a second so I hope, in time, that you will tap into the vast inner strength you possess and try again. :hugs: my friend.

No regrets - our age issues are the same (me 42, DH 45). My RE doesn't have the same outlook that yours does. He wont even consider donor eggs at this point. He says there is always plenty of time down the road for that. He does want to do some chromosonal testing (if we decided to do another cycle). I am on the fence about another cycle. Bottom line, time to do some doctor shopping. :)

AFM - 7DPO. As fate would have it, DS and I traveled to my mom's house the day b4 O. DH and I snuck in some BD the night before I left (so one day b4 O) so I hope it was close enough. Time will tell. Since 4DPO I had been experiencing tingling in one breast, bumps on the aereola and darkening of the nipple (all on the left breast) so don't know what that means. Today only the darkened nipple remains and fleeting sensitivity in the both breasts. Maybe just the gear up to AF but I am praying hard.

Hope you all had a great Turkey Day! Speak soon.

How is everyone doing? Can everyone post where in the cycle they are? Looking for a cycle buddy

AFM, I'm CD11 here if all goes to plan I should O on CD15. I had a negative OPK last night but there was a faint line so it's coming. Plus I have more acne on my face now then I did when I was 15 so that's another sign O is on her way. We will start our BD marathon tomorrow ... let's pray I will have an early Christmas present. One good thing is since AF was late by 2 days last cycle it moves our BD maarthon to week days (DH works weekends only and use to be too tired when he got home so now no excuse) ... now I just have to make sure I don't fall asleep on the couch before bed  !

CD 17 - 6 DPO here. Been having low grade fevers late in the day since Saturday, sniffly, congested and sneezing a lot. Twinges and pulling/pressure on both sides of my lower abdomen. Was so nauseated last night when we went to bed I never fell asleep til after 2 am. This morning a pretty good temp spike on my chart. FX - 4 more days until I can start early testing.

Hi everyone-

Well NO good news for me on Thanksgiving..... and now I am on CD3..... UGH. ON the upside, I am feeling like my normal self again, not sick to my stomach, monthly cycles are totally back to normal and feeling hopeful its just a matter of time. Back to the waiting and learning game. This cycle I am going to BD the day my monthly is finished until the 3rd days of increased temps to ensure I have every single possible angle covered. 8) Clearly I am missing it.....

I will check in on everyone later.
