TTC - go after that egg! :)

2nd - love your aggressive plan. Hope you don't wear DH out!

Jenni - congestion and nausea can be early signs. FX for you! :shh:

AFM - CD21 - 9DPO. I have been experiencing vivid dreams every night for a few days now. I ALWAYS wake up during the night now. I have a vague memory of the dream before it fades. I get up and take my 5 yo to the potty (still night training) and go myself. I go back to bed for 2-3 more hours of sleep and have a different dream. I have never had so many dreams before. I have bumps on the areola of my left breast and the nipple is still dark but the tenderness comes and goes (like phantom soreness) in both breasts. I never had any breast sensitivity with my DS so not completely concerned however aren't symptoms supposed to stay? :( Lastly, I have also been experiencing temp changes. One minute sweating and then normal - hope I am not going through the change. I am just doing a lot of praying and hoping. Testing on Thursday (due date for AF).

Second chance- sorry AF found you. GL keeping up with all that bding!

Jenni- lots of promising sxs! The twinges and pulling we're exactly what I had with dd. second pregnancy I did not. Probably didn't need to do any stretching 10 months after dd's birth

Shanessa- your dreams sound promising. I had them with both pg but now I seem to have vivid dreams a lot so not a clear sxs for me any longer. Like you though at the time it was not something normal for me to have vivid dreams. I am also having breast soreness that doesn't stick around. Best of luck on Thursday!

TTc- hope your bd marathon goes well! (Another plus of being 20 some year's old huh?) Ours fizzled out early but I hope we still caught the egg!

ER I will have to go try Facebook now. It was ok to use my regular account right? Not sure "where" the posts go? I am stupid About technology and social media.

Duh... Afm- hadn't though too much about what dpo I might be as I went for the "passive" approach to this cycle. I think I was more relaxed. Well yesterday I noticed shortly after getting up one breast was very sore. I was pumped because my breasts are never sore. Last night at work it hurt to reach up. Then, it disappeared! With?! I also had a vivid sexual dream which usually only happens when pg. also, nose stuffiness that comes and goes. Never had this either. But, still not convinced especially since breast soreness disappeared. I am either 7 or 8 dpo today. Of course tested and bfn!!

Thanks for FX everyone.

Quick update: no twinges today, but I've been uncomfortable and feeling 'heavy' in my lower abdomen. I slept hard last night for 10 hours. My appetite has returned and I feel pretty good today except for some cold symptoms. I was able to get up and actually get some things done today without feeling dizzy or feverish. DS had a 103.5 fever on Sat and down to 101 on Sunday so I'm sure I was exposed to whatever he had - I get sick pretty easily since my immune system is compromised.

DH's birthday is Thursday and I plan on testing that day at 9 DPO. I am hoping for the BFP that day to tell him when he gets home from work. We are leaving on Sunday for our family vacation in FL and it would be great to know so I can make good decisions about the rides at Universal.

Here's hoping!

Jenni your sxs sound so promising!! Can't wait to hear on Thursday!

AFM- mysterious boob pain of yesterday did not come back. Only sxs is on the verge of crying often today. I chalk that up to being bummed during the tww which I typically am. I just wish I could get some great sxs.

Hey girls. Just wanted to stop in and say :hi:
I'm still here. I've read thru most of the posts and am caught up I think. Got a lot of tww going on right now. TEST, TEST!!!

Hi shanessa, glad to see your back!! How is the hubs?

Nice to meet you new ladies :). Glad your here; hopeful for all of us to get a bfp by 2013..now wouldnt' that be the COOLEST THING EVER!!!!!

afm...I'm stuck in this weird place just waiting for af after mc so we can move on. I'm ready!!! :wait:
I go in tomorrow for a recheck of hcg to see how close we are to af..hoping it is LOW! FIVE would be great :)!!! Last Monday it was at 9000.
It is funny, I HATE waiting to O then I hate the tww..but not being in either one of those is really weird and unpleasant too. So, I'm thinking I just need to change my perspective. Be thankful for "waiting to O" and then thankful for "tww" and then thankful for bfn (because at least it not an opportunity for mc) while the whole time remaining HOPEFUL and POSITIVE for a BFP of a healthy baby. Hey, I'm trying...grabbing at anything I can right now to be positive for me and all of us :).

Tiffany - I just popped in here to see about joining some ladies my own age (as well as the other lovies I chat to) and I see your bad news about your m/c.

I was with you for about a week on the preg boards then I had my early loss. I am so sorry to read this miscarriage happened to you and wanted to offer you a :hugs:

I think your attitude is brilliant though and yes be thankful for even being in the position to conceive. I'm very careful not to say anything about negative about AF (I don't even give her the witch symbol anymore). Instead, I embrace her like a favourite Auntie.

EOE - :hi: And I am looking forward to connecting with some ladies over 40 also.

My sister is an incredibly slim, fit and sporty lady and she is halfway through her pregnancy (conceived by IVF). Oh by the way - she is 46! So hang in there ladies and keep going!

Hey Apples!!! SOOOOO glad you are here dear! Thanks for your encouraging words. And, yes I was very sad when you had the chemical too...really wanted someone my own age around. Maybe, just maybe we will both get preggers real soon together again.

Hi Ladies!

Shanessa, Luvsdogs and Jenny -sounds like you all have really good symptoms. Can't wait for some good results very soon!!

Tiffany -Nice to see you back. I know what you mean about the waiting for AF. There were days when I wondered if it would ever come back! Definitely saw CM about 2 weeks before my period returned. It was really hard not to TTC then, but was told to wait until after AF so that my lining could rebuild. Hope yours returns soon!!

AFM -CD13. My OPK is starting to get dark, so I am hopeful that I will see a nice dark line by tomorrow..... TTC#2 -it sounds like we are really close to the same cycle! DH and I are gearing up tonight (I think!) to try to get an extra chance in before the positive OPK....

Best wishes everyone!!

Hey Hoopla, did your spotting go away completely before you got af? Mine seemed to decrease and then turn brown and now slightly increase and red?? Guess I just need to wait until hcg tomorrow and that will tell me how close I am.

Hello everyone and welcome newbies. Hope you get a quick BFP! :)

Hi Tiff: Happy to see you are back but sad as well, if you know what I mean. Hubbie is OK thanks for asking.

AFM - 10DPO. My temp dropped significantly this morning. Not a great sign but I figure right now there are more sxs for bfp than against:

SXS against preggo (1) significant BBT drop (AF due tomorrow)

SXS for preggo (1) BBT drop (implantation?) (2) chest soreness (comes and goes) (3) hot flashes (4) pure ttc desperation

I think number 4 is the strongest sxs :D . Tomorrow is D-day.

Welcome Apples!

It is so nice to see our forum growing again and touching base with other women going through the same TTC issues. Having people your own age to lean on is so helpful for me I can't put into words! My own friends don't understand as they have children in college or married now so I felt all alone Neil I found this forum.

AFM CD12, day 2 of BD marathon with nice O Sxs present like sore nips, little cramping skin breakout.

Im sorry to hear about AF momof2girls ... it is so disheartening, we have all been there and feel your pain. If you need to scream, laugh, cry we are here for you. AF is such a b**ch .... it should be called mother-in-law instead of Aunt Flo ... Aunt Flo sounds like that nice little aunt who comes by 4 times a year with cookies and a sympathetic ear ... my AF comes like the tasmanian devil ... kicks up my hormones, leaves me in emotional termoil then leaves with a vengence.

Good Evening (or Good Morning/Afternoon depending on where you all are!) :D

Hate the way they have shrunk the page and we have these stupid ads on the right hand side. Ugh!

momof2girls - Welp - sorry about AF and yes - I think MIL is a better name too. Have you tried acupuncture or any other supps before? What do you think you will try? I take a baby aspirin, one cup of red clover tea up to O, and prenatal and extra folic acid. Sometimes I take clomid too, but had a two month break because I did not want to fry my ovaries (lol) by taking it too much.

TTCn2@42 - lol @ Tasmanian Devil! I have found that I am getting cranky pre ovulation, like
around now - but I don't get pmsy if you know what I mean. I totally agree with finding support from women on your own age group too - I mean, I had no idea about "ovarian reserve testing" and the like but it is something that I read about on here and am glad I read about it and got it done (turns out I have a reserve amount for a 38 year old woman and ovaries look fine etc).

Shanessa - don't worry about the temp drop. Hope you get your BFP and will be reading with baited breath!

EOE - :hi:

AFM, well nothing much going on here. Going to try the laid back approach and just BD every other day until FF gives me crosshairs. I'm not going to use opk's anymore because I pretty much know when I O every month and just go by CM and these damn o pains I have. I get mittlesmersch (sp?) pretty bad around now. Also, I am not ever and I mean EVERRRRRR going to buy another IC again and test early. I am simply going to wait until I am a week late and then take a FRER/DIGI. Anyway, that is weeks away from now but always good to have a plan so we don't go mad in the tww.
