I'm 40 and been ttc for a year. What vitamins or meds are y'all taking?

Hi Beanie,
I just started taking folic acid & coq10. Probably this weekend I'm going to go to the health food store & get a good quality prenatal to cover all my bases. I've read that magnesium & calcium are important for fertility too. Are you taking anything?

I take a multivitamin, b12, folic acid and vitex until I ovulate. Then eat pineapple core the first five dpo. Well that's still not working so I'm looking into more options. Have you heard of macs root and royal jelly?

I've read a little on maca root & it seems to be considered a pretty powerful supplement. I'm really interested in trying royal jelly though. I don't know that I have any hormonal imbalances, but it does seem my luteal phase is a bit on the short side so trying to figure out what will help lengthen it.

44 years old, 7month trying 4th cycle. Annovulatory and short LP.

I am trying something different this time. I will update.
I am taking Prenatals, EPO, Black Cohosh, Biotin and Vit C up until ovulation.
I also read that whole milk will definitely help with ovulation.
No bad carbs/sugars.
On cd 15 I will start Mucinex.
On ovulation day I will start Emerita Pro-Gest.
Oh, and as soon as I start getting positives on OPK we will start Pre-Seed.

DH is taking EPO, VIT B, VIT C, VIT D and VIT E... Yep.
Don't know if I should try the Baby aspirin. Can't say I am not trying.

Last cycle was a 65 day cycle. AF came at 10dpo. Wow. UGH!!!!

Ladies, taking these vitamins probably helps but I also recommend meditation to make them effective. Sometimes our rains get in the way and we think "oh this isn't working", "what should I take", etc. Meditation will definitely help calm all that down.

Actually, there was a girl named Cynthia on who used the placebo effect through her meditation to get pregnant. That's some high level skill right there but all I'm saying is meditation could probably help calm you down and make your body more open for pregnancy. Plus it's free :)
