I am now...lol. I had given up TTC 2 years ago, so I wasn't really taking anything other than a multivitamin. I really have to be honest....in September of last year I started following a Keto Diet (I wanted to drop 20 pounds before we started filming the show). Well, it really ended up being a lifestyle change, and I lost 30 pounds by January. Cleaning out ALL the processed foods, soda, alcohol, really low carb/high fats....that is what my doCT or thinks did it! And I really kinda agree.....since becoming pregnant, I am taking CoQ10, Omega 3, Vitamin D, and a Folate (not folic acid) along with my prenatal.....
