Can anyone tell me if my chart is biphasic or triphasic? :?

I think in order to be tri it needs to have a clear temp shift after 7dpo, which you have, but I don't know if your temp stays up enough for a tri. You clearly have a bi, where we see a temp shift from pre-O to post-O, but I'm sure some the chart vets on here will have a better answer. Didn't want to read and run :)

@Marilena77 - Thank you. I looked into it a little and it's difficult to decipher. I was just curious because I thought it was quite interesting. I didn't know much about charting but once I got into it I think it's pretty amazing how our bodies work.
