I used it for 12 and no AF. I have heard that it takes the cream a couple of cycles to work.

I've actually heard that for some people it can make AF take longer to come.

I have done this many times, heres how I did it. There has only been one time that this method didnt bring af on and it was because I didnt take it long enough. I would use 1/2 teaspoon once in the morning and once in the evening. I would rotate each day 4 different areas on my body to apply it, so:
day 1: neck/ chest
day 2: wrist/inside forearms
day 3: lower abdomen area (pelvic area)
day 4: soles of my feet (not heels)

I would apply it for 14 days and continue even if spotting started. If bright red blood flow started before the 14 days showed then I would stop early. But dont stop for just spotting.

The thing about rotating where you apply it is it is supposed to not absorb if you continually use the same spot. Also you want to apply to areas that have little to no fat and thin skin.

Hi girls, I know this post was in march but if any of you are still around I could use some advise pls! On cd47, been using pro-gest cream for one day and then this morning. Started brown spotting today! So you reckon I should keep going till I get proper bleeding? Is that right?

I thought progesterone was meant to ward off AF

Also, I have heard that the amount of progesterone in these creams is tiny and you would literally have to bathe in the stuff.

The type an MD would prescribe is different though (and stronger).

If I'm wrong please correct me, but this advice came from my Doc....
