Quality eggs

Postby Dimples22 » Tue Jun 12, 2012 6:11 pm

I was wondering, if I ovulate between cd22-cd28, is there less likely to be a pregnancy or to have a quality egg that will produce a healthy baby?

I O'd on CD 77 once, and that egg is currently kicking around in my uterus right now :D

I think it is possible for the egg to not be great after a certain time, or the lining getting old, but it certainly isn't a complete deal breaker either. And honestly, I think CD 22-28 is still (relatively for irregular cycles) not that bad at all.

Definitely try to relax- totally easier said than done, but when I finally relaxed and calmed down, that's when I O'd. It isn't quite enough for everyone, but it definitely helps :)

Good luck and baby dust!

I don' tbelieve your long cycles determine quality of eggs. I have 5 children and they are all healthy and I've had irregular cycles my entire life. Don't stress-
