I was wondering if anyone used Vitex or Chasteberry to help regulate their AF & O?

I've been all over the place lately and I've read reviews that sound like it works well.. but I was wondering if anyone here was using it/had used it/ used something else/etc?

I have been using it since July when I first discovered my LP is a little on the short side. hasn't done much for me. I've gone through about 4 bottles of it and I'm still ovulating late and my LP is still short. The only positive benefit I've seen is when AF comes she isn't as painful as normal. I'm still not pregnant 6 cycles later.

Everyone is different and it might work for you!

I used vitex to conceive baby #1 cause i was past 100 days in my cycle (charting and all) and wasn't O. I started taking vitex and a few days later, I ovulated. Could be juste a coincidence, but it's worth a shot. Trying to conceive baby #2 now but my cycles are still wack. My have to restart taking vitex, just giving it a few weeks to see and all.

Vitex and B6 helped to regulate last cycle... It was the first time trying it.. Prior, I would spot for 2 full weeks before AF! Crazy!

I've just started taking a wild yam and chaste berry supplement and my thought is that it could help and if it doesn't, no harm done. I haven't been taking it long enough to say if it's helped or not.

So I have been using a tincture with Vitex, Wild Yam, and False Unicorn Root given to me by my Naturopathic Doctor. I have struggled with a lack of period for seriously about 10 years! I have had every test under the sun and nothing has come up. 3 doctors have all said I am a "mystery". Not exactly what I wanted to hear. So long story short I am trying a natural approach. I am thrilled to report that after 2 months of consistently taking the mixture I ovulated on my own!!! I got a positive OPK and my temp rose. I am currently 10 dpo and feeling hopeful. I definitely believe they work now; however, it probably depends on the situation and reason. I know Vitex is supposed to help at the root of the problem. It balances the pituitary gland; which must be an issue for me. I think it won't do anything if that is not at the root of the issue.
