To Soy or not to Soy?

Postby elvixen » Tue Apr 28, 2009 9:57 pm

I've been reading so many conflicting accounts of soy recently.

Some women seem to swear by it to help them with ovulating, while others say that it has completely messed up their cycles.

I thought a poll was in order to try and gauge the overall effectiveness by users of this board.

So please if you have tried soy, feel free to vote away!

Interesting, thanks for that. Did it work on the first cycle you tried it?

Please keep the votes coming ladies :)

Would you recommend the 200mg/day dose? do you think it makes a difference how much you take?

I liked the 200 mg because I did O closer to cd 14. When I thought I would play around and lower it a bit, I ended up Oing on CD22. Which I thought was later, but I did get the bfp that cycle. So, I think it depends on your body and obvi how much you take. I wouldn't push it past 200mg. That's just me though.
