    hey looking to see if anyone knows how long can we take these or can we take it through our whole cycle want to get a healthy eggie

    I take them all month. Royal Jelly can help PMS symptoms and bee pollen is so good for us we could literally live off it because it's full of all essential vitamins/nutrients! I would probably stop or check with your doctor after a BFP though just to be safe.

    TTC #1 for 7.5 years...

    April - November 2011 - 7 Rounds of 50 mg Clomid, 3 IUIs. All BFN.
    February - March, June 2012 - 3 Rounds 5 mg Femara. BFN.
    April 2012 - "Immune Protocol" Follistim IUI. BFN.
    May 2012 - Diagnosed activated natural killer cells and told we'll NEVER conceive naturally... *treatment break*
    October 2015 - IVF #1. OHSS. Freeze all. 9 blasts on ice.
    November 2015 - FET #1. BFN.
    January 2016 - Holy *NATURAL* BFP!!! WTF?! First ultrasound 2/1/2016. Praying for a healthy sticky baby. <3

    I just met with an RE on Tues and was told to stop the Royal Jelly b/c it could affect other hormones in my body. DH and I were both taking it but we haven't taken bee pollen.

    Did your RE explain which hormones royal jelly effects and in what way?

    ~ 1st IUI, June 2011 - BFN
    ~ Appointment w/ RE October 2011. Until then, and possibly after, we'll be taking a natural approach.

    He didn't tell me specifically but I believe he was right. This is my 1st cycle not taking it and I just got my :bfp: this am!

    Royal Jelly has estrogenic qualities. Some women are estrogen-dominant so taking RJ would not be a good idea. If that were the case, B6 (or a B-complex) would be better as it helps regulate estrogen.
