Not sure where you saw that, but from anything I have seen B6 is not something that would make you O is in regular multi vitamins and in prenatals and lots of food that one eats. If one has a short LP (luteal phase, the time from O to AF), there is some evidence that taking a B6 supplement can help correct this problem (especially is one is deficient) and lengthen the LP a bit. I would not be worried about your normal vitamin dose messing up your cycle.
